My business idea is open my Indian cuisine restaurant called Spice Delights.

The restaurant will

operate in the food and beverage industry, specializing in serving authentic Indian dishes to the local

community. The menu will feature a wide range of traditional Indian dishes, including aromatic

curries, tandoori specialties, biryanis, and best desserts. The restaurant will be located in a vibrant

and culturally diverse neighborhood all over GTA areas specially Brampton.

My vision statement is "To be the premier destination for experiencing the rich flavors, vibrant

spices, and warm hospitality of Indian cuisine, creating unforgettable dining experiences and

memories for our customers."

My mission statement is "At Spice Delights, our mission is to delight our customers with the true

essence of Indian cuisine. We are dedicated to using only the finest ingredients, authentic old

recipes, and traditional cooking techniques to create exceptional dishes that deliver our guests to

the feeling of diverse regions of India.

One of the major threats identified by Michael Porter is the no. of substitutes in the area creating

high level of competition. The Indian cuisine restaurant industry is already competitive, especially in

urban areas with diverse culinary offerings. Existing restaurants may have established customer

bases, loyal patrons, and well-known brand names. New entrants need to differentiate themselves

to attract customers and gain a market share, potentially leading to intense competition.
