Project Name: Ludo King App Update with new features

Reporting Period: June 14, 2020 to July 31, 2020

Work completed this reporting period:

 Completed the business case and scope statements for our project
 Develop Jira project on web DevOps for introducing our project to our whole
team.
 Created the user stories and prioritize the backlogs.
 Build the risk register and stakeholder strategy documents.

Well, there is a lot of work to do for this project. But, the base for the microphone
feature has been done as the working team has already built an option for enabling the
microphone feature while playing the game with opponents. Alongside, the working
programmers also developed the social log-in option for Facebook and Instagram
platforms. So during this reporting period, the main task was to develop the base for
these options and new features.

Work to complete next reporting period:

The main tasks which needs to be completed until the next reporting period:
 Back-end Development for microphone feature: Fort the better UX design, the
programmers must start working on the back-end development for this feature so
that the users can easily enable or disable the microphone whenever they need.
 Set-up the Log-out option for social log-in: Setting the logout option is must.
 Data encryption and its security: All the data of the users must be encrypted
properly so that no third party or any hacker can decrypt it and then misuse the
user’s data.

What’s going well and why:

The base and the main task which needed to be complete during the first reporting period
was to build the options for microphone and social-login feature. So, all is going well and
perfect as all the programmers worked very hard to complete this before the first
reporting period.

What’s not going well and why:

As the microphone feature is main in this project. So, the team must completed the back-
end development for the microphone feature instead of doing hard-work on social-logins.
With the help of this strategy, we could be able to deliver one full developed microphone
feature to the users.

Suggestions/Issues:

The main risk and issue which has been coming over and over while working on this
project is schedule risk and data security issue. For the schedule risk, I would suggest that
the working staff must provide with quality of time to complete the project. Moreover,
the data security issue must be handled with proper coding done by the programming
experts for accurate data encryption.

Project changes

As I have discussed above already that the main feature and base for this project is the
development of microphone feature. So for the next reporting period, the working staff
must work on microphone feature’s development only so that the main aim of this project
will be achieved in given time.
