candidate and assign the candidate to the gig.
The review of the applications can be done based on the following aspects.

View Candidate Applications

During the application process, the candidate provides the details of why he/she is interested to apply for the gig. This forms a good basis
for understanding the passion of the candidate. Candidates can be viewed from the Opportunties I Created page.
Navigation: Opportunity Marketplace Dashboard > My Opportunities > Opportunities I Created

On Click of Opportunities I Created, the user will be able to view all the opportunities that are created by him/her.

Gig creator can see the Gig and how many candidates applied for the gig.

List of candidates can be viewed by clicking on the candidates count on the gig card.

demographic profile.

Gig Approval Flow
This feature enables the Gig application process to have a new step called Gig Seeker’s manager approval as part of the application process.
This will ensure the employees are taking approval from their manager for working on the gigs. Organization can decide if they would like
to Introduce the approval flow or not through the following steps.
Approval Setup Configuration:
Navigation: Home > Tools > Transaction Console > Approval Rules > Approve Gig Assignation
If Bypass Approvals is selected, then the gig application will not go to the manager approval process when the gig is assigned by the Gig
Seeker to the Gig application. If Bypass Approvals is unselected (refer to screenshot below), then gig application will go through approval
process.

Approval Process:
Once approval process is setup, automatically the gig application will go to the manager’s approval when Gig Creator assigns a gig to an
application.
The Gig application status will be set to ‘Pending for Approval’ until the gig is either approved or rejected by the manager. Once a gig
application is in waiting for approval, the gig cannot be assigned to anybody else. Only after the gig is rejected by the manager, the gig is
allowed to be assigned to another application.
The gig status will be set to ‘Pending for Approval’ as part of Gig Seeker’s dashboard as well so that Gig Seeker will know the gig
application is pending at his line manager for approval.
The line manager can approve/reject the gig through the following options.
 With an option of Approve/Reject Gig application
 Through email notification
 Through bell notification (Alerts Icon)
Once the gig is approved/rejected by the line manager, there will be a notification to both Gig Creator/Seeker so that they are informed
about the gig application. If the Gig is cancelled before the approval from line manager, then the action (Approve/Reject) will become
invalid.

Key Considerations before designing OMP

Below are few considerations that must be met before OMP designing:
1. Connections must be enabled before designing OMP module.
2. Check if client wants to use both the JOBS and GIG functionality in OMP. If not, please disable the non-required feature from
‘Manage Administrator Profile Values’
3. Recruiting Locations must be created beforehand which is consumed by the Recruiting and OMP module. Core HR locations
would not populate in OMP module
4. Active Jobs must be created in the system
5. Active ‘Organization Tree’ must be created in the system if OMP is used for creating JOBS

Non working features

The below are the non-working features as of 21B:

1. The GIG Type section under ‘Update Interest’ and while creating Gig does not show all Active Jobs in the system. Under Interest
only few Active Jobs are populated by default and while Creating GIG, no active jobs are listed as dropdown values.
This Bug is fixed in 21C upgrade
2. The Organization and Department of GIG Seeker is not correctly shown to the GIG creator after seeker applies to GIG. This is a
Bug fixed in 21C upgrade

Must have features missing in OMP

Below are some of the must have features which are missing as of now:
1. Multiple Seekers cannot be selected for a GIG. Only 1 seeker can be selected per GIG
2. When a Seeker applies to a GIG, there is no Approval workflow to the Line Manager of the GIG Seeker
3. There is no Standard Notifications to the Line Manager of the GIG Seeker when Seeker applies to a GIG and after getting
selected to a GIG
4. There is no Approval Workflow to the GIG Creator’s Manager before a GIG is Published for the entire population
5. After a GIG is Assigned to a Seeker, there is no connection with the CORE HR Systems, like the GIG information does not flow
to the Person Information page
6. GIG Seeker cannot withdraw from a GIG in which seeker was selected
