Definition

A well circumscribed lesion derived from the


odontogenic epithelium that usually occurs
around the crown of the unerupted anterior teeth
of young patients and consists of epithelium in
swirls and ductal patterns interspersal with
spherical calcifications

Age- 2nd decade


Site- Anterior (canine)
C/f- Swelling
Impacted canines
Failure of eruptive forces
14-15 years- Females
Sometimes in Molars
