    ● Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches in the Zone

    ● Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.

    ● Source business from open market.

    ● Maintain daily sales report.

    ● Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.

    ● Educate & enhance the awareness of the company's products.

    ● Ensuring highest levels of Customer Service delivery.

    ● Unique Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.

    ● Taking care of all process and related escalations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Business Development

    ● Proven track record in sales.

    ● Result Oriented.

    ● Good know of the local markets.

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

    ● Graduate/MBA with 1-2 years of experience (0-1 yrs of relevant exp)

    ● Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills.

    ● Ability to set & manage targets/budgets.

    ● Demonstrated ability in Sales Planning.
