With over eighteen years of relevant professional experience and extensive expertise in BWise GRC application, I am
excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team's success in transitioning to the new BWise eGRC platform.

In my previous roles, I have accumulated over fourteen years of hands-on experience with the BWise GRC application,
particularly in managing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program. I have a strong command of SQL and have
successfully leveraged this skill to extract, manipulate, and analyze data within the BWise GRC environment. Additionally,
I am proficient in working with BWise One UI, including performing One Assessments and utilizing Function Libraries to
streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

I would like to note that beyond my experience with BWise GRC, I have also worked extensively with ETL tools, including
Pentaho and other platforms within Azure and AWS environments. This experience has equipped me with a solid
foundation in data integration, transformation, and loading processes, which I believe would be valuable in supporting
your client's GRC initiatives.

One of my key strengths is my ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both orally and in writing. I understand
the importance of clear and concise communication in a consulting role, especially when engaging with cross-functional
teams, business stakeholders, and product developers. My polished communication skills have proven instrumental in
articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and driving alignment on project objectives.

I hold a Master + Bachelor's degree in IT and am eager to leverage my educational background and professional
experience to support your client's GRC initiatives. While I do not have direct experience with GraphQL/Rest API, I am a
quick learner and am confident in my ability to adapt and acquire new skills as needed. Additionally, I am familiar with
Agile methodologies and have experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and other tracking tools.

In the day-to-day responsibilities outlined for this role, I am particularly excited about the opportunity to collaborate with
cross-functional teams, develop design concepts, and participate in end-user testing to ensure the successful
implementation of the BWise eGRC platform. I am also committed to supporting the learning and development of the
