1. Check-in time?
The check-in time is post 02:00 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early
check in we‘ll do our best only on subject to availability.

2. Check-out time?
The check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. If you plan a late check-out kindly let us know your
departure time, we can allow only till11.30am. Post that it will be charged full day.

3. Is Reception open 24 hours?

Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

4. Which languages are spoken at Reception?

English, Hindi, Marathi

5. Can I leave my luggage?

We don’t have any luggage room. But you can leave it at the reception for some time If at check in
your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out we will store your luggage free of charge on
your check-in and check-out days.

6. Internet connection?
A wireless internet connection is available.

7. Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International airport (BOM) 60 km.

And the Pune International airport (PNQ) 104 km

8. Which is the nearest train station?

The nearest railway station is Karjat Railway Station 11 km.

9. Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, all rates are including breakfast.

10. What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 8am to 10.30am, every day at D’Ranch

11. Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

No smoking in the rooms. You can use designated smoking areas located outdoor.

12. Does the hotel serve non-veg. menu?

Yes, we have our in-house ’where you can enjoy lunch and dinner Veg & non veg food on à la carte.
No buffet.
13. How far in advance do I have to book?
As soon as you have planned your trip! We sometimes have last-minute availability, but in general
it’s better if you book early.

14. Do children stay for free? (Please note: one child only per room)
Yes, children up to the age of 5 can stay for free (accompanied by an adult). There are Extra
Charges for Kids above 5 years & we provide an extra Mattress

15. When do I need to pay for the accommodation?

We have a 100% advance policy on booking. Any extra consumptions can be paid when you check
out.

16. Do you have a room service for Food ?

No, we do not have room service. You can enjoy your meals in the restaurant.

17. Is it a pet friendly resort?

No, yet we have no provisions for pets. May be we can plan something in future.

18. How many rooms you have? Room Inventory?

Currently we have 16 executive rooms and 2 suite rooms operational.

19. What are your room tariff?

Mon-Thu Executive room 6000+taxes per room per night on dbl occupancy including breakfast.

Mon-Thu Suite room 10000+ taxes per room per night on dbl occupancy including breakfast.

Fri & Sun Executive room 7000+taxes per room per night on dbl occupancy including breakfast.

Fri & Sun Suite room 12000+ taxes per room per night on dbl occupancy including breakfast.

Sat Executive room 8000+taxes per room per night on dbl occupancy including breakfast.

Sat Suite room 14000+ taxes per room per night on dbl occupancy including breakfast.

20. How many people can stay in one room?

3 pax max can be occupied in 1 room. 3rd person is additional charged as per charges given above.

21. What are the activities included in package?

Swimming pool, Rain dance, Gym, Indoor & Outdoor games, Cycling, Kids play area, Horse
Pleasure Round, Vintage Cart Ride & Star Gazing
22. What are the activities on chargeable basis?
Horse riding ( More than one pleasure round) and Quad bikes
23. Do you serve Liquor?

No, yet we do not serve liquor in any of our restaurants. But soon we are planning for.

24. How big is the swimming pool?

Big Pool: Depth – 4’5”, Length – 48’ & Width - 23’

Kids Pool: Depth – 18”, Diameter – 16’

25. Do you have first Aid kit?

Yes we have first aid kit. Kindly contact reception

26. What are nearby attractions

Nearby Attractions are : Kalote Water Fall & Kalote Lake, Imagica , ND Studio , Kondara Caves,
Bahiri caves , Kothaligad Fort & Bhor Ghat

27. How Far it is from Mumbai & Pune Airport

It is 65 kms from Mumbai Airport which takes anywhere between 1.5-2 hrs & 98 kms from Pune
Airport which takes around 2 hrs .

28. Do you have an all Meal Package?

No, we do not have all meal package at the moment .

29. Do you have wheel chair & is there a lift for different floors?

Yes, we do have a wheel chair and there is lift for different floors.

30. How far it is from Karjat Station?

It is 11 kms from Karjat station and it takes 15-20 mins from there. Autos are plying from Karjat
station to ANG farms and Resorts .
