1 General information 概述

The purpose of this manual is to act as an instruction guide for the operation of
the locomo tive and its equipment.
本手册为操作该机车及其设备提供了指导。
This manual is intended for railroad personnel who may operate the freight
locomotive.
本手册为能操作该货运机车的乘务员而编制。
This manual describes the function of the elements of the locomotive, but it
does not claim to cover all details of installations and operations of all
subsystems and devices.
本手册描述了该机车各组件的功能,但没有包括所有安装组件的详细资料和所有
子系统及设备的操作。
This document describes the freight locomotive, but it does not substitute valid
rules of the operating company.
本文件描述该货运机车,但不能替代运营公司的现行条例。

1.1 Design and purpose 目的及用途

The locomotive is a six-axle locomotive with Co'-Co'axle arrangement. 该机车

为六轴机车,轴式为 Co'-Co'。

The locomotive is designed for freight traction. They can run multiple with max.

three locomotives.

该机车设计为货运牵引。最多可三台机车重联运行。

The locomotive consists of the following sections:

The mechanic and electronic equipment, the cubicles and the cabinets are
located at the right and left side of the machinery room. The middle corridor is
an unobstructed escape route for the crew in the event of an emergency.
机械部件和电子部件、屏柜分别布置在机械间的左侧和右侧。在紧急情况下,中
央走廊是一个畅通无阻的逃生通道。
Cables and air pipes are mostly placed in separate conduits under the corridor
so that they are accessible from above.
电缆和空气管路大部分以单独的导管布置在中央走廊下,易于从上方接近它们。
The roof consists of four segments. Each locomotive is equipped with two

identical pantographs, which are attached on the roof. If one of the two
pantographs fails, the locomotive can continue its drive with the other
pantograph.

The driver's cab is insulated against noise, heat and low temperatures and has
a modern and ergonomic design.
司机室能隔离噪声、高温和低温,具有现代化的、人体工程学设计。

1.2 Service environmental conditions 使用环境条件

1) Elevation: ≤ 2500 m
海拔高度:≤ 2500 m

Note 注意
Operating continually at the maximum power above 1400 m elevation and
+40℃ approximation ambient temperature might occur power limitation. 在海
拔高于 1400m、环境温度接近+40℃且连续在最大功率状态下运行时可能出现功
率限制。

2)Ambient temperatures (shade): -25°C to +40°C


环境温度(遮阴处):-25°C to +40°C

Note 注意
The locomotive basis structure was designed in accordance with -40℃
ambient temperature usage condition, and have reserved interfaces and wiring
space for winter protection equipments. The locomotive can be stocked in
-40℃ ambient temperature, when strengthen the winter protection, the
locomotive can operate normally under -25℃~-40℃.
机车基础结构按照-40℃运用环境设计,并预留加强防寒设备安装接口和布线空
间。机车能够在-40 ℃环境下存放,加强防寒后能够在-25℃~-40℃环境下正常运
用。

3) Max. mean monthly relative humidity (mean monthly max. temperature not
less than 25℃):95%.

4)Ambient conditions: Can bear wind, rain, snow, salt atmosphere, coal dust
and occasional sand storm.
环境条件:能承受风、雨、雪、盐雾、煤尘和偶有沙尘暴 。

Allowable fluctuation scope of catenary voltage 网压
允许波动范围: 17.5 kV~31 kV
Basic requirements for If the catenary voltage is between 22.5kV to 30kV,

The axle load is able to convert from 23t to 25t or
from 25t to 23t. The axle load will be 25t on delivery
(included spare parts for axle load conversion)

When converting the axle load, besides disassembly
the bob weight block, adjusts thickness of the pad of
suspension system will be needed.

Roof-mounted equipment 车顶 Each locomotive is equipped with two pantographs, a

2 Safety instructions 安全指导

Important instructions that relate to technical safety are designated with

appropriate icons. These instructions have to be observed accurately, in order

to ensure the safety of the personal, to avoid accidents and damages to the

locomotive and to several components.

有关技术安全的重要指令说明都带有适当的图标。为了确保人员安全,为了避免

事故和对机车和某些部件造成损坏,必须正确地遵守这些指令。

DANGER!危险!

This icon designates all safety instructions, on their non-observance danger of

injury or death exists. Observe accurately these important work safety

instructions and act particularly careful in such cases.

该图标指出所有的这类安全指令:如果不遵守这些指令,将会存在伤害或死亡的

危险。在这种情况下,必须严格地遵守这些重要的工作安全指令并特别小心地执

2.1 Important notes 重要注意事项

DANGER! 危险!

Persons with heart pacemakers are not allowed to enter the powered-up

locomotive.

装有心脏起搏器的人禁止进入已启动的机车。

Persons are not allowed to be present in the machinery room of a powered-up

locomotive for longer than one hour.

禁止人员在已启动的机车机械间内停留时间超过一个小时。

During operation traction drives have dangerous rotating and live parts. These

can cause death, serious injury or material damage if the necessary covers are

removed without permission or in the case of improper operation or insufficient

maintenance.

运行期间,驱动装置中有危险的旋转部件和带电部件。如果未经允许或在不正确

的操作或维修不够的情况下拆除必要的外盖,这些部件可能导致死亡、严重伤害

或材料损坏。

The persons responsible for safety must therefore guarantee that:

- Only qualified and competent personnel are entrusted with work on

the locomotive,只能授权合格的和有资质的人员对机车进行操作。

- Such personnel always have at their disposal, among other things, the

instructions for assembly and maintenance and all other product

documentation supplied which is relevant to the task they are carrying

out; they must also be obliged to observe the measures specified in

these documents consistently.此外,合格的资质人员在现场处理时必须

有关于装配和维护的说明书和所有其他的与任务有关的产品文件;他们

也必须始终遵守这些文件中所指定的方法。

- Non-qualified personnel are prohibited from working on or near the

Each locomotive driver and the depot/workshop-personnel are in charge of

maintaining and repairing the locomotive is obliged to study the driver’s manual!

每个机车司机和机务段/车间负责对机车进行维护和检修的人员必须学习本手册!

General safety instructions and safety instructions of ERC are superior to this

manual and must be followed, too!

The contact with high voltage means that death or grievous bodily harm may

occur! During all activities on high voltage equipment the locomotive must be

connected to earth with the corresponding earthing switches!

接触高压意味着可能发生死亡或严重的人身伤害事故!在对高压设备进行任何工

作时,必须通过相应的接地开关将机车接地!

When accessing the machinery compartment room with blowers operating ear

protectors must be worn!

当风机处于运行状态下进入机械间时,必须戴好耳罩!

The traction converter contains large capacitors. These capacitors can be at a

hazardous voltage over a longer period (several days) even if the locomotive is

isolated from the over-head wire. This means, that before commencing work on

the traction system, it must be first brought into a safe condition.

牵引变流器包含有大电容器。即使机车已经降落受电弓,这些电容器可以在较长

时间(几天)内带有危险的高压。基于这一情况,在对牵引系统进行维护工作之

前,首先必须保证牵引系统处于安全状态。

If system components are under voltage (also the auxiliary supply and battery

voltage): Always wear the correct insulating gloves and protective glasses.

如果系统的部件带电(包括辅助系统电源和蓄电池电源):必须始终佩戴合适的

绝缘手套和护目镜。

Do not enter the roof when the locomotive stands underneath hot catenary!

当机车处于有电的接触网下时,不要登机车车顶!

When the pantograph is raised:当受电弓升起时:

- Do not access any cubicles with high voltage!不要接触带高压的任何屏

柜!

- Do not remove any (protective) covers of the auxiliaries!不要拆除任何

辅助电器设备的(保护)外盖!

- Do not touch any low voltage devices!不要触摸任何低压设备!

Before locomotiveroof is accessed:在登机车车顶之前:

- Lower the pantograph!降落受电弓!

- Switch off the catenary!关闭接触网!

- Connect the catenary solidly to earth!将接触网可靠接地!

- Connect the high voltage equipment of the locomotive to earth!将机车

的高压设备接地!

Before starting work at coupled locomotives the pantographs of all locomotives

must be lowered! Only after that it is possible and admissible to operate and

remove the keys required for the earthing procedure!在对重联机车开始工作之

前,所有机车的受电弓必须降落!只有在为接地程序而设的钥匙可以并允许操作

和移动之后才能开始工作!

During carrying out works on, at and under the locomotive: Do not smoke!在车

上和车下执行任务时:不许吸烟!

The locomotive may only be driven by two instructed persons (locomotive driver

and co-driver)!机车只能由两个接受过培训的人员(司机和副司机)驾驶!

CAUTION!小心!

Damages resulting from inadequate operation are excluded from the warranty

regulations.由于不恰当的操作而引起的损坏不属于保证条例范围之内。

In case of temperatures lower than -25 °C the locomotive must be parked while

switched ON (pantograph raised, main battery switch "ON")!如果温度低于

-25 °C,机车停放时必须转换到 ON 位(受电弓升起。蓄电池主开关打至"ON"

位)!

When the speed exceeds 122 km/h, the traction is shut down!当机车速度超过

122 km/h,必须关闭牵引!

Qualified personnel are persons who, because of their training, experience and

instruction as well as their knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations,

rules of accident prevention and operating instructions, have been authorized

by those responsible for safety to perform whatever tasks may be needed, and

who are able to recognize and avoid potential dangers associated with these

tasks.

合格人员系指具有培训、经验和专业知识,并且其相关标准、规定、事故预防条

例和操作指导的知识,均已通过负责安全的职责部门验证,可承担所要求的工作,

并能发现和避免其所从事工作的潜在危险的人员。

Among other things, knowledge of first aid and of the local rescue facilities is

also neces- sary.在其他方面,也必须有现场救助常识和熟悉当地的救援系统。

Where work on electrical power installations is concerned, regulations exist

which prohibit the deployment of non-qualified personnel.

有关进行电源安装的工作,应遵循禁止非合格人员操作的规定。

2.2 Reaction in case of fire 火灾反应

CAUTION!小心!

Remain calm. Consider line conditions. Do not stop on bridges or in tunnels!保

持镇定。注意线路环境,不要将列车停在桥梁上或隧道中!

If possible, stop train at block posts, railroad crossings or railway stations!如果

可能的话,将列车停靠在路标处,道岔口或火车站!

Initiate emergency brake.启动紧急制动!

Lower pantograph(s).降落受电弓。

Each locomotive is equipped with four fire extinguishers. Extinguishing

mediumThat is are type water-based fire extinguishers ABC powder which can

be used to extinguish solid material fire, flammable liquid fire, flammable gas

fire, electrical equipment fire.每台机车配备有 4 个灭火器,灭火介质其为水基型

灭火剂 ABC 粉末,可用于固体有机物质、可燃液体、气体和电气设备火灾。

Each drivers cab arranges two fire extinguishers which locate at the rear wall

behind the driver.

每个司机室布置两个灭火器,位于司机侧后墙上。

CAUTION!小心!

By using fire extinguisher keep a minimum distance of one meter to electrical

installations.使用灭火器时,请保持距电器部件 1 米的最小距离。

Caution when using in narrow poorly ventilated areas.在狭窄的、通风不良区域

使用时须小心。

Refill after each use.每次使用后必须再充填灭火器。

3.1 Locomotive Body 机车车体

The locomotive body is an integrated full-steel welding structure that consists of:

under frame, sidewalls, driver’s cab, etc. There are four removable roof covers

located on top of the car body. A ventilating duct with filters is set on the upper

framework of the side- walls of the locomotive body.

机车车体采用整体全钢焊接结构,包括:底架、侧墙、司机室等。车体顶部装有

4 个可拆卸的顶盖。车体侧墙上部结构设有带过滤器的通风风道。

The coupler and draft gear are installed in both ends of the under frame.

车钩及缓冲器安装在底架的两端。

On each side of the car body side frame are four hook holes provided for crane

hoisting

车体侧梁每侧设有 4 个检修作业用的吊车销孔。

At the bottom of the car body side frame four jacking pads and four supporting

points for maintenance purpose are provided. Bogie and main transformer can

be pulled out from locomotive body when jacking pad of locomotive body is

jacked up not more than 2,500 mm above top of rail.

车体底架侧梁底部设有 4 个架车支承座和供检修用的 4 个支承点,在车体支承座

架起距轨面高度不超过 2500mm 的条件下,转向架和主变压器可从车体下推出。

When the hook of overhead traveling crane in shed reaches 9,000 mm above

top of rail all cubicle and components in the locomotive body can be lifted in and

out.

在机车检修库内,天车吊钩距轨面高度达到 9,000 mm 的条件下,能把机车车体

内各屏柜和部件单独吊入和吊出。

3.2 Bogie 转向架

The bogie is mainly composed of frame, wheel sets, drive unit, primary

suspension and secondary suspension, traction device (bogie to body

connection), brake equipment and bogie attachments.

转向架主要由构架、轮对、驱动单元、一系悬挂和二系悬挂、牵引装置(连接转

向架和车体)、制动装置和转向架附属装置等组成。

Tractive and brake forces are assigned via the wheel set steering link (7) from

housing of wheel set bearing to the bogie frame (6).

牵引力和制动力经过轴箱拉杆(7)从轴箱传递到转向架构架(6)。

The bogie frame is a simple, closed frame with two offset longitudinal beams,

which are connected together by two solid transverse beams in the middle and

two end beams. All the beams are made of welded box sections. All the

connecting points and surfaces have been machined with built-in tolerances.

The bogies are therefore interchangeable and built-on parts or modules can be

easily replaced as well.

转向架构架是一个简单、封闭的框架,由两根侧梁,通过两根中间横梁和前后端

梁连接在一起。横梁和前后端梁由箱形焊接截面制作而成。机加工时,所有连接

点及加工面都有固定的公差。因此,转向架具有可互换性,其组合部件或模块也

容易更换。

NOTE 注意

Impact plates should be put in a longitudinal direction of bogie.In order to

prevent damage when the removed bogies are rolled, e.g. in the repair shop.

需在转向架纵向方向设置止轮斜铁(铁靴),以防止拆下的转向架因溜放引起的

损坏,例如在维修车间。

CAUTION! 警告!
1)Before transportation bogie independently or with locomotive under the

condition of NON-ROLLING, all driving motors should be hold by holding device.

转向架单独或随机车在非滚动状态下运输前,需要用锁紧装置对电机进行锁紧。

2) Before rolling the bogie, transportation holding device must be removed from

motor.第一次滚动转向架之前,必须拆除电机上的运输保持装置。

3.2.1 Traction motor 牵引电机

The motor is designed as a nose-suspended drive.

牵引电机设计为采用抱轴式悬挂方式。

The transversely mounted three-phase induction motor is designed as an

externally cooled, frameless and nose suspended motor. The cooling air is

absorbed at the long sides on the roof by the traction motor blower, enters via

an upper air inlet (1) hood in the bearing plate, and exits via outlet openings (5)

at the front end of the bearing plate.

横向安装的三相感应电机设计为外部冷却、无框架抱轴式电机。冷空气由牵引电

动机风机从车顶侧边吸入,从轴承支座上部进风口(1)进入,从轴承支座前端

开口的出风口(5)排出。

3.2.2 flange lubrication 轮缘润滑装置

The locomotive is equipped with a set of wheel flange lubrication system.

每台机车装备了一套轮缘润滑系统。

The wheel flange lubrication is mounted on the first wheel set and prevents

wear on the wheel due to dry friction on the flange and rail.

The lubrication device consists of one electronic controller (CCU), four nozzles

and four grease boxes and air pipeline system.

润滑装置包括:一个电子控制器(CCU),4 个喷头、4 个油脂罐和空气管路系

统。

3.2.3 ngequipment 撒砂装置

For difficult starting or for emergency braking an electro pneumatic sanding

equipment are provided for locomotive. Sandboxes are arranged in front of the

leading wheel sets of bogie. The volume of each sandbox is 100 liters.

针对起动困难或为了紧急制动,机车设置了电空撒砂装置。砂箱安排在转向架 1、

3 位轮对的前方,每个砂箱的容量为 100 升。

In case of an emergency brake or slide/ slip protection of the CCU, sanding is

activated automatically.如果发生紧急制动或 CCU 出现防空转/防滑行保护,会

自动进行撒砂。

If necessary, the driver can sprinkle sand by using the foot operated switch at

niche floor in the driver’s cab. 如果必要的话,司机可以使用司机室内整体脚踏

处的脚踏开关撒砂。

The sand-level is inspected visually via the filler at the sandboxes. 砂面可以通

过砂箱加砂口目视检查。

3.2.4.1 Speed sensor 速度传感器

The speed of the motor is measured and its direction of rotation is determined

by means of a two-channel speed sensor, which supplies two speed signals

90° out of phase. These signals are used to measure the speed and detect the

direction of rotation for controlling the motor. The phase shift between the two

channels is used to detect the direction of rotation.通过一个两通道速度传感器

测量电机的转速及测定电机的旋转方向,速度传感器提供两个相位差 90°的速度

信号。这些信号用来测量电机转速和检测电机旋转的方向,用以控制电机。两通

道之间的相位漂移用来检测电机的旋转方向。

The earthing brush is an axial operating sliding contact for the return of

operating currents as well as the grounding of the locomotive. It is electrically

insulated for protection of the roller bearings and closes the electrical circuit to

the rotating wheel set shaft.接地刷是一个用于工作电流回流的轴向运行的滑行

3.2.5 Locomotive lifting device 机车整体起吊装置

Locomotive lifting device is the lifting safety device for carbody of railway

locomotive; it can withstand the lift-up force between bogie and carbody. Such

device is installed only when locomotive is required for lifting.整体起吊装置用作

铁路机车车辆车体的提升安全装置,整体起吊装置能承受转向架和车体之间产生

的提升力。该起吊装置只有在机车需要整体起吊时才安装。

Connection rope is used for connecting bogie and carbody and withstanding

lifting force between them. Each motored bogie is installed with 4 lifting

connection ropes for lifting the whole locomotive. Each lifting connection rope is

composed of ring, bow-shape unbuckle, pin axle, nut and opening pin, etc. 整

体起吊连接索用于连接车体和转向架,并承受转向架和车体之间提升力。每一动

力转向架装四套整体起吊连接索,以便于整体起吊机车。每一套整体起吊连接索

由吊环、弓形卸扣、销轴、螺母、开口销组成。

The locomotive is arranged with two cabs with the same operation functions at

both ends respectively. The structure and equipment arrangement of the cab

follow the requirements of ergonomics and the principle of aesthetics, ensuring

a friendly human-machine interface in the whole cab and making it easy for

driver’s operation as well as daily inspection and maintenance. The cab is

spacious and bright, and the driver may conveniently approach every part of the

cab. The main cab is arranged on the left side of cab.机车布置有两个具有同样

操作功能的司机室,分别设在机车的两端。司机室的结构和设备布置符合人机

工程学的要求和美学原理,保证整个司机室具有友好的人机界面,便于司机操

作和日常的检查维修。司机室内宽敞明亮,司机能方便地接近司机室内的每一个

部位,主司机位布置于司机室的左侧。

The whole console is of modularized design and divided into panel assembly,

left cabinet assembly, middle cabinet assembly, right cabinet assembly as well

as main and assistant driver footrest assembly. The driver’s console is

arranged with all controlling devices, instruments, displays and switches

buttons, etc. relevant with operation. The assistant driver’s console is only

arranged with one horn button, voice box and network control system port, etc.

The driver’s console (6) is arranged as the left control mode, which is

composed of driver side and assistant driver side.整个操纵台进行模块化设计,

分成台面板组成、左柜组成、中柜组成、右柜组成和主、副司机脚踏组成。司机

操纵位布置有所有与运行有关的操纵装置、仪表、显示装置、各类开关按钮等。

副司机操纵位仅布置一个风笛按钮、语音箱和网络控制系统端口等。司机操纵台

(6)布置为左手边控制,由司机侧和副司机侧组成。

Two rotatable seats (2) adjustable from up and down, front and back are

arranged before the console.在操纵台前设有两把高度、前后可调节且可旋转的

座椅(2)。

The front window of cab adopts electrical heating laminated glass which is safe.

An adjustable sun shade(7) is provided above each front window and one set

of wiper (5) is installed under the front window with the wiping area in

accordance with driver’s vision requirement.司机室前窗采用安全防碎玻璃,同

时具有分层电加热功能,每个前窗的上方均布置一个可调的前窗遮阳帘(7)。

前窗下方各安装一个刮雨器(5),刮刷面积符合司机视野要求。

Coat hookers (8), Fire extinguisher (6), Dual-purpose seat (9), Cab

hotplate(11) , Tip-up seat and etc. are arranged on cab rear wall.司机室后墙分

别布置有衣帽钩(10)、灭火器(15)、多功能坐卧两用椅(9)、司机室取暖

器(11),添乘座椅(14)等设备。

Rearview mirrors are provided outside each side wall of the driver cab and the

side windows (3) can be opened freely.在司机室侧墙的外侧各布置了一个后视

镜,侧窗(3)可以自由开启。

3.5 VentilationVentilated cooling system and components 通风冷却系统和部件

Ventilation system of the whole locomotive adopts the independent ventilation

mode. Independent ventilation mode means that each ventilation branch of the

locomotive ventilation system has its independent air inlet flue, and air will be

delivered into each necessary cooling parts through the fan to realize the forced

ventilation and cooling.

整车通风系统采用独立通风方式,独立通风方式是指机车通风系统各通风支路都

有其独立的进风风道,经风机送入到各需冷却部件进行强迫通风冷却。

Locomotive ventilation branches include: ventilation branch for traction motor,

ventilation branch for cooling tower, ventilation branch for auxiliary filter cabinet,

ventilation/heat emission branch for compressor and ventilation/ heat emission

for machine room.

机车的通风支路包括:牵引电机通风支路、冷却塔通风支路、辅助滤波柜通风支

路、压缩机通风散热支路、机械间散热通风支路。

The function of ventilation branch of traction motor is to realize cooling of

traction motor.

牵引电机通风支路的作用是冷却牵引电机。

Each traction motor uses one fan to realize the forced ventilation and cooling,

and the whole locomotive totally has 6 traction fans.

每一个牵引电机用一台风机进行强迫通风冷却,全车共有六个牵引风机。

The traction motor blower ingests cooling air at the side’s length of the roof and

cools the corresponding traction drive.牵引通风机从车顶侧吸入冷却空气,冷却

相应的牵引电机。

3.5.2. Ventilation branch of cooling tower Cooling tower 冷却塔冷却塔通风支路

The function of this ventilation branch is to cool the oil-water radiator composed

by the oil & antifreeze radiator of main converter and the oil radiator of main

transformer.

该通风支路的作用是冷却主变流器水和防冻液散热器和主变压器的油散热器组

成的油水散热器。

Each locomotive is equipped with two cooling tower in the machinery room.每台

机车装备有 2 个冷却塔,位于机械间内。

The cooling tower cools the corresponding cooling agent of the traction inverter

and of the main transformer.冷却塔冷却牵引变流器和主变压器中相应的冷却剂。

The cooling tower (2) has two separate cooling circuits for:冷却塔(2)有两个独

立的冷却回路,用于:

water-coolant circuit of traction inverter (1),牵引变流器水冷却液回路(1),

oil-coolant circuit of main transformer (3).主变压器油冷却液回路(3)。

The cooling liquids of both cooling circuits are cooled with air in the cooling

tower separately of each other.两个冷却回路的冷却液在冷却塔中彼此独立地进

A cooling air ventilator sucks the ambient air through the inlet opening in the

locomotive roof. It flows downwards through the cooling tower, passes through

the cooler and is finally blown out onto the track bed through the locomotive

floor.主冷风机从机车车顶进风口吸入环境空气,空气向下经过冷却塔,穿过复合

散热器,最后经机车地板吹到路基。

The water-coolant circuit contains a coolant pump for supplying the coolant as

well as an ex- pansion tank for automatic venting and equalization of the

heat-induced expansion of the coolant.水冷却回路包含一个冷却水泵和一个膨

胀箱,冷却水泵用于提供冷却水,膨胀箱用于自动通风及平衡冷却水热量引起的

膨胀。

The coolant level can be checked at the liquid display on the expansion tank

and via the float switch in the expansion tank.可以在膨胀箱上的液位显示处通过

膨胀箱中的漂浮开关检查冷却液液位。

In the cooling tower A oil-coolant circuit are integrated an oil expansion tank (7)

for equalization of the heat- induced expansion of the oil and a Buchholz relay

(4).在冷却塔 A 油冷却回路中集成了一个副油箱(7)和一个布赫继电器(4),

副油箱用于平衡油热量引起的膨胀。

Thecooling tower A oil level can be checked at the liquid level indicator (6) on

the oil expansion tank (7). An air dehumidifier extracts the moisture from the air

flowing into the oil expansion tank.在冷却塔 A 副油箱(7)上的液位指示器(6)处可

以检查油位。一个空气减湿器吸收从空气流进入副油箱中的湿气。

The cooling tower is flanged directly to the water inlet and outlet of the inverter.

It contains the cooling disc for the traction inverter as well as the cooling disc for

the main transformer.

It is completed with the coolant pump (3) and expansion tank (1) for traction

inverter cooling. In addition, the expansion tank (5) for the transformer oil is

included in the cooling tower A.

冷却塔通过法兰直接连接到逆变器水的入口和出口,它包含用于牵引逆变器的冷

却管路以及用于主变压器的冷却管路。冷却塔拥有冷却水泵(3)和用于牵引变

流器冷却的膨胀箱(1)。此外,用于变压器油冷却的副油箱(7)也包括在冷却

CAUTION 小心!

In case of overheating, the traction control unit ensures a reduction of the

tractive power.如果发生过热,牵引控制单元确保降低牵引功率。

In case of malfunctioning (failure of the coolant pump or cooling tower blower),

theHVB is opened.如果发生故障(冷却液泵故障或冷却塔故障),主断路器 HVB

分断。

For the protection of the locomotive transformer, a Buchholz relay is equipped

in the cooling tower A.为了保护机车主变压器,冷却塔 A 上安装了一个布赫继电

器。

In case of Buchholz warning, the CCU reads in the signal. A display message

alerts the driver of the traction locomotive to the possible problem at the

transformer.如果布赫继电器警告,CCU 读入信号,一个显示信息警告牵引机车

的司机,主变压器可能出现问题。
3.5.3 Ventilation branch of auxiliary filter cubicle 辅助滤波柜通风支路

A blower(1) of the auxiliary filter cubicle sucks cooling air in along the sides of the roof and
guides it via an air duct to the cyclone filter(2). The cyclone filter(2) cleanses air from coal dust
and humidity and blows it into machinery room. A fan(4) sucks the cleaned air to cooling the

radiator of compressor.

3.5.5 Heat dissipation and ventilation branch in machinery room 机械间散热通风支路

The function of ventilation branch in machine room is to cool the air temperature in the
machine room, maintain the positive pressure in the machine room and prevent
external dust, rain and snow entering the locomotive.
机械间通风支路的作用是用来冷却机械间空气温度,并维持机械间正压,防止车
外灰尘、雨雪等杂物进入车内。

The cooling air of the machinery room ventilation branch is provided by the auxiliary

filter cubicle fan. The cooling air from the auxiliary filter cubicle fan cools the

machinery room and maintains the positive pressure. Due to the positive pressure, the

machinery room hot air which heated by compressor and other equipments exhausts to

the outside through the side wall filter, thus it plays a role in reducing the air

temperature inside the machinery room.机械间通风支路的冷却空气由辅助滤波柜通

风机提供,通过辅助滤波柜通风机向机械间送风,冷却机械间,维持机械间正压。

由于机械间正压的作用,机械间热空气通过侧墙百叶窗和压缩机散热排风口排出

车外,从而起到了降低车内空气温度的作用。

3.6 Brake cabinet 制动柜

The brake cabinet(1) is an integral part of the electro-pneumatic brake and

converts electrical brake demands into pneumatic brake pressure impulses.

The BCU is installed in the brake cabinet and responsible for the pneumatic

brake system. The interface to the CCU is designed as a MVB connection to

exchange brake sensitive signals from and to the CCU.

制动柜(1)是一个整体电空制动部件,它将电制动要求转变成空气制动压力。

制动控制单元安装在制动柜中,负责空气制动系统。为了和 CCU 交换制动信号,

制动控制单元与 CCU 的接口设计成一个 MVB 连接。

Being an important part of brake, brake cabinet is mainly composed of

components like frame, control modules for main compressor start and stop,

parking braking, train/equalizing, brake cylinder, pantograph raising and

braking control unit (BCU). Brake uses it to achieve the pressure control of train

pipe, brake cylinder and parking braking and provide compressed air for the

automatic start and stop control of main compressor, pantograph and main

circuit breaker and perform other functions. See Fig.3.6.2 and Fig.3.6.3 for the

appearance of brake cabinet.

制动柜是制动机的重要部分,它主要由骨架、主压缩机启停控制模块、停放制动

控制模块、列车/均衡控制模块、制动缸控制模块、升弓控制模块、制动控制单元

BCU 等部件组成。制动机通过它来实现列车管、制动缸、停放制动的压力控制,

同时还能为主压缩机的自动启停控制、为受电弓、主断路器提供压缩空气等功能,

The main function of control module for main compressor start and stop is to

output the start and stop control signal of main compressor, according to the

change of main air pressure, as shown in Figure 3.6.1.1. See Table 3.6-4 for its

3.6.2 Control module for parking brake 停放制动控制模块

The main function of control module for parking brake is to receive parking

brake application and release commands, to achieve discharge and charge of

parking brakie cylinder air and at the same time prevent parking brake force

from superposing with the brake force of brake cylinder, as shown in Figure

3.6.2.1. See Table 3.6-5 for its main parts.

停放制动控制模块的主要功能是接受停放制动施加与缓解指令,实现停放制动缸

排气与充气,同时可防止停放制动力和闸缸制动力叠加,如图 3.6.2.1 所示,该

模块主要零部件见表 3.6-5。

Parking brake module is composed of components like parking brake pressure

regulating valve, bi-pulse electromagnetic valve, parking brake pressure switch,

two-way valve, parking brake cock and pressure tap. According to the required

release pressure of parking brake cylinder, the setting value is 550kPa for

parking brake pressure regulating valve and 480 kPa for parking brake

pressure switch.

停放制动由停放制动调压阀、双脉冲电磁阀、停放制动压力开关、双向阀、停放

制动塞门、压力测试接口等部件组成。根据停放制动缸的所需缓解压力,停放制

动调压阀整定值为 550kPa,停放制动压力开关整定值为 480kPa。

When the parking application electro-pneumatic valve of bi-pulse

electromagnetic valve is energized, the compressed air in parking brake

cylinder is discharged into air by bi-pulse electromagnetic valve and then

parking brake is applied; when the parking release electro-pneumatic valve is

energized, parking brake cylinder is charged by the air through pressure

regulating valve and bi-pulse electromagnetic valve and then parking brake is

released.

当双脉冲电磁阀中停放施加电空阀得电时,停放制动缸的压缩空气通过双脉冲电

磁阀排向大气,停放制动作用施加;当双脉电磁冲阀中停放缓解电空阀得电,总

风通过调压阀、双脉电磁冲阀向停放制动缸充风,停放制动作用缓解。

3.6.6 Control module for train pipe pressure 列车管压力控制模块

The main function of control module for train pipe pressure is to control the

initial charging and recharging, service brake discharging, emergency brake

discharging and obstruction function of train pipe. See Table 3.6-8 for its main

parts.

列车管压力控制模块的主要功能是控制列车管的初充风和再充风、常用制动排风

和紧急制动排风、列车管前后遮断功能,列车管压力控制模块主要零部件见表

3.6-8。

The Relay valve controls the charge and discharge of train pipe according to

equalizing reservoir pressure and ensures the train pipe pressure is in the ±10

kPa range of equalizing reservoir pressure. Flowmeter is used for testing the air

charge volume of train pipe. Controlled by Neutral electro-pneumatic valve, the

obstruction valve of main pipe is used for cutting off the air supplement of train

pipe under of service brake and emergency brake. While controlled by

obstruction electro-pneumatic valve, the obstruction valve of train pipe is used

for cutting off the duct between relay valve and train pipe under recoupling of

brake.

车管遮断阀受遮断电空阀控制,用于制动机重联工况下切断中继阀与列车管的通

路。

Once the brake receives the emergency position signal or other emergency

electric signals, emergency brake electro-pneumatic valve are energized and

drives the exhaust valve to discharge train pipe pressure right into the air and

train pipe pressure is reduced to zero rapidly.

制动机一旦获取来自大闸紧急位信号或其它紧急电信号,紧急制动电空阀得电,

驱动放风阀直接将列车管压力排向大气,列车管压力迅速降为零;

When the fast pressure reduction signal of train pipe is detected, brake's

emergency valve sends an electric signal to the braking control unit by electrical

interlock immediately, thus the electro-pneumatic valve that controls

emergency brake is energized and the outlet of exhaust valve of train pipe is

opened automatically to speed up the discharge of train pipe and lock

emergency brake signal about 15s.

当制动机紧急阀检测到列车管快速减压信号,立刻通过电联锁向制动控制单元发

出电信号,从而控制紧急制动电空阀得电,同时自动打开列车管排风阀口加快列

车管排风并锁定紧急制动信号约 15s。

3.6.7 Control module for equalizing pressure 均衡压力控制模块

The main function of control module for equalizing pressure is to conduct the

closed-loop control of equalizing reservoir pressure and make the equalizing

reservoir discharge air when brake is de-energized, as shown in Figure 3.6.7.1.

See Table 3.6-9 for its main parts.

The brake control unit uses high-speed electro-pneumatic valve, pressure

sensor and PWM pulse width modulation method to achieve EP closed-loop

stimulation control mode that makes accurate control of pressure.制动控制单元

采用高速电空阀、压力传感器以及 PWM 脉宽调制方式实现对压力精确控制的 EP

闭环模拟控制模式。

Under EP closed-loop stimulation control mode, the brake control unit receives

the target value command of equalizing reservoir from brake, compares the

target value with the real-time pressure value sent by the pressure sensor and

achieves the aim of make accurate control of equalizing reservoir pressure by

controlling the PWM of high-speed charging and discharging electro-pneumatic

valve.在 EP 闭环模拟控制模式下,制动控制单元接收大闸发出的均衡风缸目标值

命令,比较目标值与压力传感器反馈的均衡风缸实时压力值,通过对进、排气高

速电空阀的 PWM 控制,达到精确控制均衡风缸压力的目的。

3.6.8 Brake cylinder control module 制动缸控制模块

The main function of brake cylinder control module is to send out pressure of

brake cylinder according to command from system, eventually to carry out

independent brake control, air distribution valve control and single release of

The electronic distribution is composed of components like acting valve,

switching electro-pneumatic valve of brake cylinder,high-speed braking

electro-pneumatic valve, pressure sensor.The way to perform EP closed loop

simulating control of brake cylinder pre-control pressure in independent brake

control module is identical with that of equalizing air reservoir. Brake control unit

receives command from dependent and independent brake valve and the target

value of pre-control pressure of brake cylinder is worked out. Then the target

value is compared with the real-time value of pre-control pressure of brake

cylinder returned by its pre-control pressure sensor. Eventually, PWM control of

inflating and deflating high-speed electro-pneumatic valve can achieve precise

manipulation of pre-control pressure of brake cylinder. Acting valve contributes

to inflating and deflating brake cylinder according to its variation of pre-control

3.6.9 Brake control unit 制动控制单元(BCU)

The locomotive is equipped with a brake control unit (BCU). As the key control

component of brake, the unit is used for realtime and rapid handling of brake

analog, network communication data and brake’s informatization data, in order

to carry out the control of locomotive’s brake, condition monitoring and failure

diagnosis, displaying, alarming, storage of data record and network

communication. Brake control unit is connected to the interface of CCU by MVB

so as to exchange brake signals with CCU. Some brake signals are controlled

by CCU (for example, parking brake) as shown in Figure 3.6.9.1.

机车配备有一个制动控制单元(BCU),它是制动机核心控制部件,用来实时、

快速的处理制动机模拟量、网络通讯数据以及制动机信息化数据,实现机车制动

机控制、状态监控及故障诊断、显示、报警、数据记录存储、网络通讯等功能。

为了和 CCU 交换制动机的信号,制动控制单元与 CCU 的接口通过 MVB 连接,

部分制动信号由 CCU 进行控制(例如停放制动等),如图 3.6.9.1 所示。

Brake control unit (BCU) employs structural frame of European 4U standard,

and consists of seven plug-in boards of 4U standard: a PWM board, an input

board, two output boards, a control board, a breadborard and a power panel.

Plug-in boards are fixed on casing by anti-dropping firmware through panels.

Generating line boards are installed on the back of casing, and also connect

with special connectors on the rear of BCU, which are used to realize

communication with eternal circuits.

制动控制单元(BCU)采用欧式 4U 标准结构框架,由七块 4U 标准插件组成:

一块 PWM 板、一块输入板、两块输出板、一块控制板、一块模拟板、一块电源

板。其插件通过其面板由带防脱的紧固件与机箱固定,母线板安装在机箱后部,

母线板也与 BCU 后面的专用连接器相连,这些连接器用来实现与外部电路通讯。

PWM board mainly provides PWM modulation signal of 24V to drive high-speed

solenoid valve. Every PWM board are totally set with 4 lines PWM output

signals, each of which is fitted with corresponding signal output indicator light.

PWM 板主要提供 24V 的 PWM 调制信号,用于驱动高速电磁阀。每块 PWM 板

共设置 4 路 PWM 输出信号,每路信号都设置了对应的信号输出指示灯。

Input board is used to collect switch value signals of brake control unit. Each

line of switch value signal experiences stepdown of resistance network, slicing

of stabilivolt, capacity filtering and optical-electrical isolation, and then is put

into control board through Schmitt trigger. With high security and excellent

anti-interference ability, input board circuit can adapt to worse working condition

on locomotives. All input board is designed as 32 lines, each of which has an

indicator light to indicate working state of the point.

降压、稳压管限幅、电容滤波、光电隔离后再经过施密特触发器输入给控制板。

输入板电路可靠性很高,抗干扰能力强,能适应机车上的恶劣工作环境。每块输

入板设计为 32 路,每路都有指示灯指示该点的工作状态。

Output board is used to send out switch value signals of brake control unit

(BCU). Each line of switch value signals passes through optical-electrical

isolation coupler, filter circuit unit and over current protection circuit unit and is

sent to electro-pneumatic valve of brake. All output board is designed as 8 lines,

each of which line has an indicator light to indicate working state of the point.

输出板用于制动控制单元(BCU)开关量信号的输出,每路开关量信号都经过了

光电隔离耦合器、滤波电路单元、过流保护电路单元后送至制动机的电空阀。每

块输出板设计为 8 路,每路都有指示灯指示该点的工作状态。

Breadborard is mainly applied to collecting current signals of 4~20mA sent

from sensors. After experiencing truing conversion slicing and filtering, signals

are transmitted to A/D chip to carry out analog-digital conversion. Hardware

circuit of breadborard uses sampling chip of 16-digit accuracy, including 14

lines of current signal input channels of 4~20mA and 2 lines of voltage signal

input channel of 0~10V.

模拟板主要用来采集传感器送来的 4~20mA 的电流信号,信号经过整形转换限

幅、滤波等处理后送到 A/D 芯片进行模数转换。模拟板的硬件电路采用 16 位精

度的采样芯片,包含 14 路 4~20mA 电流信号输入通道和 2 路 0~10V 电压信号

输入通道。

Power panel is used for providing internal working power supply of DC5V for

the operation of brake control unit (BCU) and external power supply of DC24V

(used to start sensor and high-speed electrically controlled switch valve). Power

panel possesses over-heat and over-current over-voltage and undervoltage

protections. The input voltage of brake control unit (BCU) is DC110V.

Main air supply system consists of screw compressor set, dryer, pressure

regulator, micro oil filter, main reservoir, high-pressure safety valve and cocks.

See Figure 3.7.1.1 for schematic.

主风源系统主要由螺杆压缩机组、干燥器、压力调节器、微油过滤器、总风缸、

高压安全阀和塞门等组成,原理图见图 3.7.1.1。

There are four main air reservoirs with the total volume of 1.600 L on the

locomotive, two reservoirs of 500L installed under the locomotive.while the

other two reservoirs of 300L installed in machinery room.

上安装有 2 个 300L 的总风缸。

3.7.6Automatic drain valve 自动排水阀

Automatic drain valve is used to clear water accumulated in locomotive main

reservoir. The valve uses the compressed air in pipelines as control air supply

when air compressor is removed, in order to curb the action of automatic drain

valve. Automatic drain valve can meet the requirements of locomotive main

reservoir for application, such as automatic drain, manual drain and complete

close.

自动排水阀用于排除机车总风缸内积水,利用空压机卸载时的管路中压缩空气作

为控制风源,控制自动排水阀的动作。自动排水阀能满足机车总风缸自动排水、

手动排水、全关闭等应用要求。

There are three automatic drain valves, two of them arranged under the main

air reservoir below the locomotive, and the other one is arranged under the air

reservoir cubicle.

3.7.7Auxiliary compressor system 辅助压缩机系统

When the pressure of compressed air in main reservoir is not enough to uplift

supply. Main components of auxiliary air supply system include auxiliary

compressor and auxiliary air reservoir.

The equipment consists mainly of a housing(2),an oil free piston compressor

aggregate(6) and a drying system(1). 该装置主要由机架(2),无油活塞式压

The compressor (6) sucks in atmospheric air via a suction filter (8), compresses

cleans the dried compressed air and the pressure pipe (4) guides it through the

Each locomotive is fitted with pantograph raising air reservoir of about 25L.

3.8 Windscreen wiper 刮雨器

The electric windscreen wiper is installed on the front window of the locomotive.

3.11.2Toilet 卫生间

The toilet is a cabinet, which is mainly equipped with a toilet, wash station,

water tank, mir- ror, heater and sewage tank. To avoid damage caused by frost

water and sewage tank are heated, only if HVB is on and auxiliary inverter is

operating.

Rerailer is a wrecking tool for rerailing the derailed locomotives 复轨器作为机车

脱轨后的救援起复工具。

Rerailer and its tool box are installed in the machinery room. It consist of two

pieces, and will be used with the tool box at the same time after derail

happened 复轨器及其工具箱按在机械间内。复轨器为两件,并与专用工具组成

一套,脱线起复时同时使用。

Anyone who want to approach the top of the locomotive which locate under the

catenary of high voltage power supply shuld make blackout formalities at first,

then connect the grounding cable to the catenary through the frounding rod.

The grounding cable should be connected to the rail security. Operator could

approach to the top of the locomotive only after there is no electricity on the

catenary. 任何人员如要进入停在有高压供电网的区域的机车顶部时,需要在办

理供电网停电手续后,将配置了接地电缆且可靠接地的接地杆与接触网连接,在

4.1 Brake system 制动机系统

The locomotive is equipped with a DK-2 air brake system. The DK-2 brake

control system is an electro-pneumatic air brake system designed for freight

and freight locomotives. Its performance and technical parameters meet the

requirement of UIC standard. 机车装备了一个 DK-2 型空气制动机。DK-2 型制

动控制系统是一个为货运和货运机车设计的的电空联合空气制动系统。其性能和

技术参数符合 UIC 标准要求。

4.1.1System overview 系统概述

Brake system of locomotive has the functions specified as below:

4.1.2 Main component composition of brake system 制动系统主要部件组成

Brake system of locomotive mainly consists of operating component in driver’s

cab, display component, and brake cabinet (including BCU, electro-pneumatic

valve, distribution valve, acting valve, relay valve, emergency valve and electric

exhaust valve).

机车制动系统主要由司机室操纵部件、显示部件、制动柜(包括 BCU、电空阀、

分配阀、作用阀、中继阀、紧急阀、电动放风阀)等组成。

4.1.2.1Operating component 操纵部件

Operating components include brake controller and backup brake control valve.

操纵部件包括制动控制器、后备制动操纵阀等。

Brake controller contains automatic brake controller (automatic brake valve)

and independent brake controller (independent brake valve). The brake sends

out electric control commands through automatic brake valve and independent

brake valve, including service brake, emergency brake and release.

制动控制器包括自动制动控制器(大闸)和单独制动控制器(小闸)。制动机通

过大闸、小闸发出常用制动、紧急制动和缓解等电控制指令。

Automatic brake valve has the following positions: RUN, INITIAL BRAKING,

SERVICE BRAKING, FULL BRAKING, SUPRRESSION, MULTIPLE and

EMERGENCY.and have emergency air exhausting function. The functions of

handle of automatic brake valve at various positions are specified respectively

as below:

自动制动手柄具有以下几个位置:运转位、初制动位、制动区、全制动、抑制位、

重联位和紧急位,并具有空气紧急排风功能。大闸手柄在各位置功能分别如下:

Running position (RUN): the train pipe carries out inflation control according to

specified pressure. The train brake is released and inflated at this position.

列车管按定压进行充风控制。是列车制动进行缓解和充风的位置。

Brake zone (SERVICE ZONE): the slump of train pipe pressure is controlled,

and the train brakes. Brake zone controls continuous pressure decrease.

制动区:控制列车管压力降低,列车产生制动作用,制动区的是一个连续的压力

下降控制。

Multiple position (MUL): balanced air cylinder pressure will decrease at service

brake rate to zero,system will have a braking action. it is the position of

locomotive brake system at non-activated end , deadhead return and

recoupling.

重联位:均衡风缸压力以常用制动减压速度降低到 0,制动系统产生制动作用,

该位置应是机车制动机非操纵端以及无火回送、重联时大闸所放位置。

Suppression position: The resulting penalty brake and automatic brake handle

should be put in the position to reset penalty brake.The position is used to

unlock brake system and reset penalty brake .

抑制位:产生惩罚制动后,自动制动手柄应放于此位置来复位惩罚制动,该位置

是制动机开机解锁和惩罚制动解锁的工作位置。

Emergency position (EM): automatic brake valve is set with exhaust valve of

train pipe at this position to implement emergency brake on locomotive brake or

train brake. Train pipe pressure deflates to 0 at emergency speed when the

handle is placed at this position.

紧急位:大闸此位置设有列车管排风阀,能对机车制动机或列车制动机施行紧急

The foremost forward pushing position of the handle of independent brake

valve is full brake position .The following is brake zone (SERVICE

ZONE,),running position (RUN) and release(push the handle of independent

brake valve to the right side, it automatically reset when keep it of).The

functions of handle of independent brake valve at various positions are

specified respectively as below:

小闸手柄前推最前位为全制动位,往后依次为制动区、运转位,侧压缓解位(将

小闸向右侧旁推,松开自动复位)。小闸手柄在各位置功能分别如下:

release:the position is used to release the brake cylinder pressure produced by

automatic brake valve

侧压缓解位:此位置用来单独缓解大闸产生的机车制动缸压力。

Running position (RUN): the position serves to release brake cylinder pressure

of locomotive produced by independent brake valve when the locomotive

operates normally.

运转位:此位置为机车正常运行时所放位置,用来缓解小闸产生的机车制动缸压

力。

Brake zone (SERVICE ZONE): the independent brake pressure of locomotive

varies with the position of handle in this area between running position and full

brake position.

制动区:在运转位和全制动位之间,机车单独制动压力随着手柄在这个区域的位

置而变。

Full brake position (FULL): locomotive brake cylinder charge air to reach

300kPa±15kPa with maximum independent brake of locomotive.

全制动位:机车最大单独制动位,机车制动缸可充风到 300±15kPa。

Set backup brake control valve, which has 5 positions: running, release

(automatic resetting), pressure maintaining, brake (automatic resetting) and

brake.

time the main air pressure, train pipe pressure, balanced air cylinder pressure,

front and back brake cylinder pressure in the form of air-flow meter and value;

to display dynamically wind flow value of train pipe through flow meter; to

display prompt message and failure message during brake operation; to

provide the display and setting of locomotive number, time and date, software

version number; to provide diagnostic functions of the train such as stand-alone

self-inspection, event recording, leak test and sensor calibration.

显示总风压力值、列车管压力值、均衡风缸压力值、前后制动缸压力值;以流量

计的形式动态显示列车管的充风流量值;显示制动机操作的提示信息和故障信

4.1.2.2.2 Air-flow meter 风表

2 blast meters are set on the console of cab with brake system to respectively

indicate the pressure of main air cylinder/ brake cylinder, and train

pipe/balanced air cylinder.

制动系统在司机室操纵台设置 2 块风压表,分别显示总风缸/制动缸、列车管/均

衡风缸。

4.1.2.3 Brake cabinet 制动柜

The main components in brake cabinet contain brake control unit (BCU),

electro-pneumatic valve, distribution valve, acting valve, relay valve,

emergency valve and electric exhaust valve.

制动柜内主要部件包括制动控制单元 BCU、电空阀、分配阀、作用阀、中继阀、

紧急阀、电动放风阀等。
4.1.3Basic functions 基本功能
4.1.3.1Automatic brake 自动制动

Automatic brake has air brake performances specified as below:

自动制动具有如下空气制动性能:

Inflation release: the train pipe is inflated with specified pressure and brake

cylinder of locomotive is completely released when automatic brake handle

maintains at running position.

充风缓解作用:自动制动手柄维持在运转位时,实现列车管的定压充风及机车制

动缸的完全缓解。

Service brake: the pressure of train pipe will decrease and brake cylinder of

locomotive will be inflated when automatic brake handle is placed at brake

zone.

常用制动作用:自动制动手柄置于制动位区时能实现列车管减压及机车制动缸的

充风。

At minimum brake position , BP reduction should be 50kPa 土 5kPa, brake

cylinder could be 100kPa±10kPa,At full brake position , when BP setting

pressure is 500kPa, BP reduction should be 140kPa, brake cylinder could be

360 kPa±15kPa; when BP setting pressure is 600kPa, BP reduction should be

170kPa, brake cylinder could be 420 kPa±15kPa;

列车管最小减压量为 50 kPa±5kPa,机车制动缸压力为 100 kPa±10kPa。定压

为 500kPa 时,列车管常用全制动减压量 140kPa,机车制动缸最大压力为 360

kPa±15kPa。定压为 600kPa 时,列车管常用全制动减压量 170kPa,机车制动缸

最大压力为 420 kPa±15kPa。


4.1.3.2 Independent brake 单独制动

Independent brake and release of locomotive can be controlled through

operating independent brake handle and will not influence the pressure

variation of train pipe.

操作单独制动手柄能控制机车的单独制动和单独缓解,而不会影响列车管的压力

变化。

4.1.3.3 Emergency Brake 紧急制动

The emergency brake can be realized by the following methods: (1) automatic

brake handle in emergency position; (2) emergency brake ventilation valve; (3)

emergency button; (4) train separation; (5) emergency signal generated by

CCU; (6) ATP emergency request, etc.

紧急制动可以有下列几种方式产生:(1)自动制动手柄在紧急位;(2)紧急制

动排风阀;(3)紧急按钮;(4)列车分离;(5)CCU 产生的紧急信号;(6)

ATP 紧急请求等其它原因。
4.1.3.4Parking brake 停放制动

Parking braking employs the method of spring energy storage brake. It is

carried out by the action of energy storage spring in parking brake, and is

released by compressed air.

Parking braking can help to realize safe parking on the slope of 30‰

停放制动能满足在 30‰的坡道上安全停放。.

The parking braking can be released manually.

停放制动能够手动操作缓解。

It does not allow the overlying implement of parking braking force and air

pressure of locomotive brake cylinder.

停放制动力与机车制动缸空气压力不可叠加实施。
4.1.3.5Backup brake 后备制动

Brake system is set with backup brake module, which can control the pressure

variation of balanced air cylinder by manipulating backup brake valve when

brake controller or BCU fails, in order to manipulate the whole train.

制动系统设有后备制动模块,用于制动控制器或 BCU 故障时,通过操纵后备制

动阀控制均衡风缸的压力变化,从而操纵全列车。
4.1.3.6 Auxiliary functions 辅助功能

Brake system has the following auxiliary functions.

制动机系统具有以下辅助功能。
4.1.3.7Coupler failure protection 断钩保护

Emergency brake will be generated and traction power of locomotive will be cut

off when the train separates.

当列车分离时,产生紧急制动作用,并切断机车牵引动力。
4.1.3.8Penalty brake of locomotive control system (CCU) 机车控制系统 CCU 惩罚制动

When locomotive control system (CCU) requires penalty brake, maximum full

service brake will be carried out by DK-2 brake.

当机车控制系统 CCU 请求惩罚制动时,DK-2 制动机实施最大常用全制动。


4.1.3.9DK-2 de-energized brake DK-2 失电制动

When DK-2 de-energizes, train pipe pressure will decrease at service brake

rate, and brake cylinder pressure will increase to full service brake pressure.

DK-2 brake system can couple with user’s other locomotive brake system, and

can be normally braked and released when coupled.

DK-2 制动系统可与用户的其他机车制动系统联挂,当联挂时能正常制动和缓解。
4.1.3.12 Electro-pneumatic combined brake 空电联合制动功能

The system has the function of electro-pneumatic combined brake while the

electric brake takes the priority.

具有空电联合功能,电制动优先。
4.1.3.13Deadhead return 无火回送

DK-2 barking system can carry out deadhead return with user’s any locomotive.

The system can normally brake and release when deadhead return occurs.

DK-2 制动系统可与用户的任何机车进行无火回送操作,当无火回送时能正常制

动和缓解。

When the locomotive with deadhead return is located between other

locomotives or vehicles, the normal brake and release of the train will not be

influenced.

当无火回送机车位于其他机车间或车辆间,均不会影响列车的正常制动和缓解作

用。

4.2 Basic brake 基础制动

The type of basic brake is tread brake,and it adopts high friction composite

emergency brake distance of locomotive is less than 1100 meters at 25t axle

load and is less than 1000 meters at 23t axle.

4.3 Pipeline system 管路系统

The pipeline system belongs to compressed air pipeline system. The system

connects with air supply system, air brake cabinet, loudspeaker control module,

cab console and brake unit, and also provides the interface of air supply pipe

for the vehicle.

管路系统为压缩空气管路系统,它连接着风源系统、空气制动柜、喇叭控制模块、

The main components of pipeline system include stainless steel pipes, pipe

clamp, pipe connector, cock, and hose.

4.4 Sanding system 撒砂系统

The locomotive is set with 8 sand boxes placed on bogie frame. The capacity of

each sand box is 100L. The sanding system of locomotive can operate in

accordance with air brake and anti-slip and anti-skid devices.

5 Electrical equipment 电气设备
5.1 Main circuit 主电路

Main electric circuit system of locomotive consists of primary circuit of main

transformer and secondary traction circuit of main transformer.

机车的主电路系统由主变压器原边电路以及主变压器次变牵引电路组成。

Pantograph receives AC25kV, 50Hz power from the contact network and enters into

the main transformer through the high-voltage disconnecting switch and main circuit

breaker. The primary current will return to the earth through the axle-end grounding

device.

受电弓从接触网接受 AC25kV, 50Hz 电源,经高压隔离开关,主断路器输入主变压器,

原边电流经轴端接地装置返回大地。

The 6 secondary windings of main transformer supply power for two main

converters. Main converter uses the 3.3kV/1500A voltage class IGBT converter

component to supply the variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) AC power for the 6

traction motors.

5.1. 主变压器的 6 个次边绕组给两个主变流器供电,主变流器采用 3.3kV/1500A 电压等

Each locomotive is attached with two pantographs on the roof. 每台机车车顶都

装有 2 个受电弓。

Normally only one pantograph is lifted.通常,机车只升一个受电弓。

The selection of the lifted pantographs on a locomotive is done by the CCU.

The selection depends from the position of the pantographs election switch and

faults in the high voltage circuit that may occur.整台机车升起的受电弓的选择由

CCU 完成。选择取决于受电弓选择开关 的位置和高压回路可能出现的故障。

Only under the condition that the pantograph down and the HVB

disconnected ,the pantographs election switch will be effective 只有当主断路器

断开和受电弓降下了,改变受电弓模式才是有效的。

By coupling of locomotives the pantographs election switch in each locomotive

is utilized.

按照机车重联方式,可利用每台机车上的受电弓选择开关选择升弓模式。

The pantograph is lifted by pressurized air. The central command to lift/ lower

the pantograph is given by toggle push button switch in the driver’s desk.

受电弓通过压缩空气升起。集中升起/降下受电弓的命令由操纵台上的扳键开关给

出。

If one of the two pantographs fails of a locomotive the faile done can be isolated

with a roof disconnecting switch. The locomotive can continue its drive with the

other pantograph.

如果机车的两个受电弓中的一个出现故障,故障受电弓可以通过车顶隔离开关隔

离。机车可以用另一个受电弓继续牵引。

The pantograph is equipped with a contacts trip monitoring. The control device

is in stalled under the pantograph in side of the machinery room.This CCU

internal signal indicates a correct working pressure loop and a lifted pantograph

combined with the detected line voltage.

受电弓配备有升弓状态监测功能,控制设备安装在受电弓下面的机械间内。该

CCU 的内部信号指示正确的工作压力回路和已升起的受电弓及检测到的网侧电

压。

5.3 Main transformer 主变压器

The main transformer is located under floor between the bogies and between

the two main reserviors. The high-voltage cable is attached to the terminal A of

main transformer. From here, the primary voltage is taken to the main

transformer's high-voltage bushing on the side by means of the HV-cable. The

active part is located in a welded steel tank. The main transformer is oil-cooled.

主变压器安装在机车车底转向架之间和两个总风缸之间。高压电缆连接到主变压

器 A 端子。原边电压通过高压电缆从此处接入到主变压器侧边高压套管。带电部

件位于一个焊接好的钢槽中。主变压器是通过油进行冷却的。

The main transformer is equipped with a Buchholz relay, which is located at the cooling

tower A. It protects the locomotive from consequential damage. The Buchholz

relay has two alarm contacts:

免受由此引起 的损坏。布赫继电器有两个报警触头:

- Warning,警告,

- Alarm.报警。

The central control unit (CCU) reads the Buchholz warning in and informs about

a possible problem at the IDU (1) of the driver’s desk.

The main transformer has two cooling circuits with two cooling agent pumps.

The monitoring of the cooling agent temperature is processed in the traction

control unit.

主变压器有 2 个冷却回路及 2 个冷却液泵。冷却液的监控在牵引控制单元内进行。

NOTE 注意

In case of overheating, the traction control unit ensures a reduction of the

tractive power. 如果发生过热现象,牵引控制单元保证牵引功率的降低。

In case of malfunction (failure of the two cooling agent pumps or oil temperture

is too high ),the HVB will be opened. 如果发生故障(如两个冷却液泵故障或油

温过高),将分断主断路器 HVB。

Each locomotive contains two water-cooled traction inverters. Each traction

inverter comprises three 4-quadrant converters with three corresponding

inverters for three traction drives and an auxiliary inverter for auxiliary

equipment (e.g. fans, compressors).

每台机车设有两个水冷牵引变流器.每个变流器由 3 个四象限整流器以及 3 个相应

的、为 3 台牵引电动机供电的逆变器和一个为辅助设备(例如风机、压缩机)供

The power converter controls the flow of energy between supply and traction

drive in order to control the desired torque and speed of the motor. To achieve

this, the current and voltage waveforms on the motor terminals have to be

adjusted on demand by the power electronic converter.

The traction control unit (TCU) is situated inside of the container. The operation

and indicat or elements are arranged in the driver’s cab.

The traction inverter has a coolant agent circulation with a cooling agent pump,

which is located at the cooling tower.

The main transformer by means of six 4-quadrant converters (4QC) supplies

the locomotive with energy. 主变压器通过 6 个四象限整流器(4QC)给机车供

电。

The three traction drives of a bogie are supplied independently via three

pulse-width-modulated inverters from the DC link.一台转向架的三个牵引驱动装

置由 3 个 PWM 逆变器分别供电,从直流流支撑回路通过脉宽调节逆变器得电。

5.5 Traction motor 牵引电机

There are 6 traction motors installed on the two bogies of each locomotive. All

the traction motors are 3 phase asynchronous induction motors which powered

and controlled by the traction converter. 每台机车的两个转向架上共装有 6 台牵

引电机,这些牵引电机为三相异步感应电机,由牵引变流器控制和提供电源。

5.6 Auxiliary circuit 辅助电路

The locomotive is use the auxiliary inverter (centralizedintegrated in the traction

converter) to supply power for all auxiliary load of the whole train through the

auxiliary transformer.

机车采用辅助逆变器(集成在牵引变流器中)通过辅助变压器,向全车的所有辅

助负载供电的模式。

Two transformers and filter capacitors filter and adjust the output voltage of

these inverters.

两个变压器和滤波电抗器用于过滤和调节这些逆变器的输出电压。

One auxiliary inverter supplies the variable speed traction motor blowers and

the cooling tower according tor equirements with variable voltage and

frequency. The other auxiliary inverter has fixed frequency and supplies all

other 3-phase auxiliary machines e.g. the coolant pumps, the air-conditioning

unit, the main compressor and the battery charger.

一台辅助逆变器根据变频变压的要求给变速牵引电动机风机和冷却塔供电。另一

台辅助逆变器具有恒频,给所有其它三相辅机供电,例如冷却泵、空调机组、主

压缩机和蓄电池充电机。

5.9 Air conditioning unit 空调机组

The air conditioning unit has the function of cooling, ventilation and heating of

the driver’s cab. According to the requirement, this unit cools and heats the

supply air. Otherwise, the module will operate in the ventilation.

空调机组对司机室具有冷却、通风、加热的功能。空调机组可以根据需要提供冷

气和暖气,此外,机组还可以在通风状态下运行。

In any operation mode supply air will be filtered by air filters. Supply air volume

can be adjusted by the driver at the centre console.

在任何运行模式下,提供的空气都经过了空气过滤器过滤,司机可以在中央控制

台上调节供风容量。

5.10 Wind screen heating 前窗玻璃加热器

The wind shields are equipped with an electrical heating. The heating removes

the ice from the windshield.前窗挡风玻璃配备有一个电加热器。加热器可以去除

前窗挡风玻璃上的冰。

The driver can operate the wind screen heating from the driver’s desk. 司机可

以在司机操纵台上操作前窗玻璃加热器。

5.11 Control system Display 控制系统显示器

The control system display(IDU) is located at the driver's desk.人一机接口–显示器位于操纵

台上。

The control system display operates as a locomotive Intelligent Display Unit

(IDU). It shows operating states, fault messages and instructions for the

driver and the maintenance personnel. 显示器用作为机车的人一机接口,它显

显示器上电启动后,自动执行到显示程序“主界面”,通过“主界面”可以按压相应的

薄膜按键选择:“主要数据界面”、“控制设置界面”、“机车设置界面”、“运行条件界

面”、“检修模式界面”、“状态信息界面”、 “定速按键”等; “主要数据界面”下,通

过触摸或者按压薄膜按键可以进入“控制系统界面”、“辅助系统界面”等。

5.12 Power supply with direct current 直流电源

5.12.1Battery voltage supply 蓄电池电源

Each locomotive disposes of a D.C. power system, which feeds 110V D.C. power to
the locomotive. Capacity of the battery amounts 200 Ah.
每台机车安排了一个直流供电系统,为机车提供 110V 直流电源。蓄电池的容量
总计为 200Ah。

The electronic control systems of the locomotive require a DC power

supply.The batteries at the locomotive ensure the power supply during start up.

机车电子控制系统要求一个直流工作电源。在起动阶段,机车的蓄电池保证了电

源供电。

The battery box is arranged in the machinery room. 蓄电池柜安装在机车机械间

内。

The battery circuits are activated by operating the battery control switch on the

The batteries are charged by using a battery charger.

The battery charger is supplied from the 3AC 440 V, 60 Hz CVCF power supply

The battery charger turns itself automatically on when input voltage (auxiliary

6.1 Overview about driver’s desk 司机操纵台概况

7 Control system 控制系统

Network control system adopts distributed control technology, i.e. distributed

collection and implementation, and centralized control and management. It is

composed of WTB/MVB gateway module GWM, vehicle control module VCM,

event record module ERM, digit I/O module DXM, digit input module DIM,

analog I/O module AXM and intelligent display unit IDU. It communicates with

TCU, ACU and BCU via MVB. It has the following structure

- The MVB (Multiple function Vehicle Bus) connects the different devices of a

half locomotive: 2 CCUs,1 ERM,1 GWM 2 TCUs, 2 CIOs, 1 MIO, 1 BCU, 2 displays.-

7.1 DTECS devices 设备


7.1.1Central control unit (CCU) 中央控制单元(CCU)

The CCU is located in the low voltage cubicle cubicle driver’s side. CCU(中央

控制单元)位于低压电器柜内部。

The CCU is a standard hardware component. It takes over the whole control of

the locomotive.

The locomotive disposes of one CCU: Include 2 VCM, 1 ERM, 1 GWM.

7.1.2 Traction control unit (TCU) 牵引控制单元(TCU)

The TCU is located in the traction inverter. TCU(牵引控制单元)位于牵引变流

Each TCU controls the electrically traction and braking function of one bogie.

7.2 I/O module I/O 模块

The locomotive is equipped with input/output devices. All necessary input and

output signals from the hardware (contactors, switches, etc.) will be read in to

the I/O modules.

货运 机车装备有输入/输出设备。来自硬件的所有必须的输入和输出信号将被读

入到输入/输出模块中。

7.2.1 Cab input/ output Modules 司机室输入/输出模块

DXM(Digital Input/output Mixed Module) and DIM(Digital Input Module) are

installed in the right cabinet in the drivers desk to detect the binary input

signals from the driver (e.g. pantograph up, HVB on, dead man safety device,

etc.). In addition, the analog input signals from the master controller (traction /

braking set point and speed set point) are detected by AXM(Analog

Input/output Mixed Module) which also be installed in the right cabinet in the

drivers desk.

7.2.2 Machinery room input/output modules 机械间输入/输出模块

There are six DXM and two DIM installed in the low voltage cubicle and has

following structure which detecting the binary input and output signals. 低压柜

中安装了 6 个 DXM 模块和 2 个 DIM 模块,用于采集二进制输入、输出信号。

7.3 Brake control unit (BCU) 制动控制单元(BCU)

The locomotive is equipped with a DK-2 brake control unit. The BCU is

installed in the brake cubicle and responsible for the pneumatic brake system.

The interface to the CCU is designed as a MVB connection to exchange brake

sensitive signals from and to the CCU. Addition brake signals will be controlled

by the CCU by using the DXM/DIM (e.g. parking brake, etc).

中,负责空气制动系统。为了和 CCU 交换制动灵敏信号,制动控制单元与

7.4 Constant speed control 定速控制

When the driving direction is FORWARD, traction/ brake lever be pushed in

the traction area, locomotive speed is more than 5km/h and there is no

pneumatic braking, the locomotive could run in constant speed mode by

pressing the V-setpoint button. Then the control system will turn toconstant

speed control mode, takes the current running speed as the target speed. In

order to control the locomotive speed in a certain range, the control system will

automatic rapid conversion between traction and braking according to the

actual running speed and target speed difference.

当主司控器的方向手柄处于向前位,主司控器级位手柄处于牵引区域,机车速度

超过 5km/h 且无空气制动时,按压定速按钮,机车进入定速状态;机车将以当

前机车行驶速度作为当前定速期望目标速度,进入定速控制模式,机车将根据实

际行驶速度与定速期望目标速度的差异,自动进行牵引及动力制动的快速转换,

控制机车行驶速度在一定范围内。

7.5 Measuring system for distance and speed 走行距离和速度测量系统

The speed meter in driver’s cab at paneldisplays the calculated value of speed

and distance.司机室面板上的速度表显示计算速度值和计算走行距离值。

The speed signals of speed meter from LKJ host and D/A converter box. Only

the speed meter locates at cab I can count the running distance. 速度表的信号

来源于 LKJ 监控主机或数模转换盒,另外只有 I 端司机室操纵台的双针速度表能

7.6 Dead man’s safety device 无人警惕安全装置

The dead man’s safety device is implemented as a software function in the

CCU. 无人警惕安全装置作为一个软件功能在 CCU 内执行。

The dead man’s safety device system monitors the capability of the locomotive

driver. Start- ing from a speed of more than 20 km/h, this device shall provide a

continuous monitoring of the driver's reaction by means of pushing a button,

depressing a foot pedal or moving the master controller.

无人警惕安全装置系统监控机车司机的能力。从速度大于 20 km/h 开始,该装

置将通过按下一个按钮开关、踩脚踏开关或移动主司机控制器对司机的反应提供

一个持续的监控。

If the locomotive driver doesn’t serves the correct handling of the dead man’s

safety device an optical and acoustical alert will be given before an emergency

brake will be initiated. The brake action will be created by opening a brake

loop.

如果机车司机不能正确的操作无人警惕安全装置,在开始紧急制动之前将给出视

The locomotive is equipped with 1 push-buttons and with a food-operated

pedal (2) to operate the dead man’s device.

In case of a malfunction a diagnostic entry into the diagnostic store will be

made.

The control elements of the dead man switch device will be read in by the locomotive
control system. Following control elements are used:

8.1 Hot box detector 轴温监测系统装置

The bearing monitoring systemhot box detector is consist of detector

mainframe,relay junction box(install on the bogie),digital temperature probe,

network shield cable,waterproof transfer joint,and so on.系统由以下几个部

分组成:装置主机、接线盒(安装在转向架上)、数字温度探头、网络屏蔽电缆

和防水转接头。

temperature sensors, data host, preprocessor and data transmission cables. It

monitoring detects the temperature of traction motor bearing, axle box bearing

and axial suspending bearing, and sends alarm signals.轴温监测系统由温度传

感器、数据处理主机、前置处理器和数据传输电缆组成。系统主要监测牵引电机、

轴箱、抱轴等处的轴承和齿轮的温度,并提供警报信号。

The detector mainframe (6) searching and inspecting sensor by itself read the

sensor’s temperature,display and alarm,send out the data to other detector

as well as received data,set time. locomotive number coding .主机自动搜

索监测传感器;读取传感器温度;显示、报警;记录温变信息、故障信息、开、

关机信息、时间调整信息;设定时间、机车车号、传感器编码等功能。

8.2 Video system 视频系统

The onboard video system is used to monitor and record the locomotive

running status, operating process and alleviate the locomotive drivers’ labor.机

车车载视频监视装置是以监视、记录机车运行状态、操作过程及减轻司机劳动强

度为主要目的。

The onboard video system is consist of camera, switch, video host,video

converter module and display, etc.. there are 9 cameras arranged at the

following area: cab, roof, machinery room..车载视频监视装置由摄像头、交换

机、视频主机、视频转换模块、显示屏等组成,在每台机车上设置 9 个监控点,

位于司机室、车顶和机械间。

8.3 NEUTRAL SECTION DEVICE 过分相装置

To prevent the risk of out of phase supplies mixing, sections of line fed from different
feeder station must be kept strictly isolated. This is achieved by Neutral Sections,
usually provided at feeder stations and midway between them, although typically only
half are in use at any time, the others being provided to allow a feeder station to be shut
down and power provided from adjacent feeder stations.
为了预防电源相序混淆带来的危险,从不同供电站获得电源的线路区必须严格隔离。这一
任务由分相区来完成。分相区通常位于供电站处或两个供电站之间的位置,虽然在任何时
候仅代表性地使用了一部分,但其它部分用来使供电站关闭并从邻近的供电站获得电源。
passing through the neutral section the train must be coasting and the circuit breakers
must be open.
当经过分相区时,列车必须靠惯性通过,断路器必须断开。
The neutral section device opens and closes automatically the circuit breaker during
passing neutral sections, this being achieved by using sets of permanent magnets
alongside the track communicating with a detector on the train.
在经过分相区期间,通过使用沿轨道埋设的、与车载感应器通讯的永久性感应器组,该机
车过分相装置能自动断开和闭合断路器。
The automatic neutral section detection device of the locomotive consists of:
机车自动过分相检测装置包括:
• Signal processing box

Signal processing box is installed in the low voltage cubicle. Magnetic sensor is
installed in the bogie.

The signal processing box detects by means of magnetic sensors the beginning and
ending of neutral section. The processing box sends the signals to loco control system.
信号处理器通过车感应器检测分相区的起始和终止位置,然后将信号发送到机车控制系

8.3.1 Neutral section control 过分相控制


To indicate the location of neutral section along the railway are used magnetic
transmitters. These transmitters are arranged as following.
为了指示沿轨道设置的分相区位置,沿轨道埋设了地面感应器。地面感应器按下列布置:
Neutral section magnetic transmitters are located at and on the approach to neutral
sections:
过分相地面感应器埋设在分相区和接近分相区的位置:
- the transmitters G1 (on the right side) and G2 (on the left side) ahead of each neutral
section,
- 地面感应器G1(轨道右侧)和G2(轨道左边)在每个分相区的前方,
- the transmitters G3 (on the right side) and G4 (on the left side) after passing each
neutral section.
- 地面感应器G3(轨道右侧)和G4(轨道左边)在每个分相区后面。

On each loco are 4 magnetic sensors: T1, T2 , T3 and T4.

The sensors are connected to a processing box. The signals from the processing box
are transmitted to the CCU.

The neutral passing procedure runs automatically.


过分相程序是自动运行的。

By detecting the magnet of neutral section installed on the ground beside the rail, the

processing box sends signal of “get into the neutral section area” or “has passed the neutral

section area” to CCU.

通过车感应器检测地面预先安装的永久性感应器组,判断机车在分相区的位置。信号处理器

检测来自车感应器的分相区开始和分相区结束的信号,发送“到分相区”的信息或“已经通

过分相区”的信息到 CCU。

When the locomotive approaches the neutral section, it will decreases the traction/ braking

force and disconnects the HVB automatically; then the HVB will automatically switch on

and the traction/ braking force increases to the initial value after left the netural section.

到分相区前时,机车应能自动卸载并断开主断路器;通过分相区之后,机车
应能自动闭合主断路器,并恢复通过分相区之前的牵引/动力制动级位。
