Little sheep

Any yarn/thread/wool can be used

DMC Petra size 5 and 1.0mm hook (big sheep) and an ordinary sewing thread and
0.4mm hook (micro sheep)

US crochet terms: ch=chain, ss=slip stitch, st=stitch, sc=single crochet,

2sc=inc=increase, dec=decrease

Please, check pictures for guidance

Head: with ecru, make a magic ring, work in continuous spiral, stuff as you work

1. 6sc into magic ring (6)

2. 2sc in each st around (12)

3. *sc, inc* repeat around (18)

4. *sc, inc, sc* repeat around (24)

5. sc in each st around (24)

6.-7. repeat round 5.

8. *dec, sc in each of next 6sts* repeat around (21)

9. sc in each st around (21)

10. *dec, sc in each of next 5sts* repeat arund (18)

11. sc in each st around (18)

Change colour (white) and work in back loop only for the rest of the head

12. *dec, sc in each of next 4sts* repeat around (15)

13. *dec, sc in each of next 3sts* repeat around (12)

14. dec around (6)

Fasten off, stuff more if needed, close off the opening and weave in loose ends

For the ‘hair’:

Rejoin yarn/thread (to any front stitch of last round in ecru), ch2, ss in second ch from hook and ss infront loop of next st,
repeat around the head

Body: with white, make a magic ring, work in continuous spiral, stuff as you work

1. 6sc into magic ring (6)

2. 2sc in each st around (12)

3. *sc, inc* repeat around (18)

4. *sc, inc, sc* repeat around (24)

5. *inc, sc in each of next 3sts* repeat around (30)

6. sc in each st around (30)

7.-11. repeat round 6.

12. *dec, sc in each of next 3sts* repeat around (24)

13. *sc, dec, sc* repeat around (18)

14. *sc, dec* repeat around (12)

15. d ec around (6)

Fasten off, stuff more if needed, close off the opening and weave in loose end

Ear (x2): with ecru, make a magic ring

1. 6sc into magic ring (6)

2. 2sc in each st around (12)

Leg (x4): with ecru, rejoin yarn, work in continuous spiral

1. make 6sc (6)

2. sc in each st around (6)

3. repeat round 2.
