“Portable Nano-Hydro Power Generator for the DC Home-Application”

I. OBJECTIVE

1. Develop a Portable Solution: The design and develop a compact and portable nano-
hydro power generator that can be easily transported and installed in various locations,
particularly for DC home applications. The focus would be on creating a system that is
lightweight, easy to assemble, and user-friendly.

2. Optimize Efficiency: To maximize the efficiency of the nano-hydro power generator,

ensuring that it converts the available water energy into electricity with minimal losses.
This would involve optimizing the design, materials, and components to achieve higher
conversion efficiency and improve overall performance.

3. Enhance Affordability and Accessibility: Develop a cost-effective nano-hydro power

generator that is affordable and accessible to a wide range of users, including
households in rural or underserved areas. This would involve considering the
manufacturing costs, maintenance requirements, and the overall economic viability of
the solution.

II. Gap

Lack of Portable Hydro Power Solution is the limited availability of portable hydro power
solutions specifically designed for DC home applications. While there are various renewable
energy options available, such as solar panels and wind turbines, portable nano-hydro power
generators tailored for DC home use may be scarce. Developing a compact and portable solution
could fill this gap.

Limited Options for Off-Grid DC Power, the lack of efficient and reliable off-grid power solutions
specifically designed for DC home applications. Many existing off-grid solutions rely on AC power
systems or are not optimized for home applications. Creating a portable nano-hydro power
generator that efficiently generates DC power could provide an alternative for off-grid homes
seeking a sustainable and reliable power source.
