S0LAR STREETLIGHT WITH CHARGE PART FOR MOBILE PHONES

OBJECTIVES:
To design and develop a solar-powered streetlight equipped with a charge port specifically
designed to provide a renewable energy source for illuminating outdoor spaces and also serve
as a convenient charging station for mobile phones. The primary goals include enhancing
energy efficiency, promoting sustainability, increasing accessibility to renewable energy
sources, improving safety in outdoor areas, and providing a practical solution for charging
mobile devices in public spaces

GAP:
According to Li et al. (2020) and Patel and Sharma (2019), for a more extensive and
standardized evaluation of the long-term performance and reliability of solar streetlights with
integrated charge ports. This might involve thorough examinations of variables like system
reliability, upkeep needs, and long-term user satisfaction. Furthermore, there might be a
chance to investigate the viability and scalability from an economic standpoint of
implementing these integrated systems in various urban environment.

REVIEW RELATED LITERATURE:

A study by Li et al. (2020) investigated the implementation of charge ports for mobile
phones in solar streetlight systems. The researchers developed a prototype that
combined solar panels, LED lights, and USB charging ports, demonstrating the
practicality of integrating charging functionality into solar lighting infrastructure. Field
tests conducted in urban settings highlighted the convenience and user benefits of such
integrated systems.

In another study, Patel and Sharma (2019) examined the technical aspects of
incorporating charge ports in solar streetlights. By analyzing the energy requirements
for mobile phone charging and optimizing the solar energy utilization, the researchers
proposed a design that maximized the efficiency of illumination and charging functions.
Their findings underscored the potential energy savings and environmental advantages
of utilizing solar streetlights with charge ports
