I. LEARNING OBJECTIVE
At the end of the activity, you should be able to utilize the electronic class record in accordance
with the DepEd’s recommended grading scheme.
The teachers receive valuable grading information and assessments on how to make class grade
recording more dependable and effective using the E-Class Record, which is constructed using a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file document. Included in this are the grading sheet and summary of
quarterly grades, which enable the teacher to track each student's progress in a certain subject area and
determine whether they passed or failed.
Individual Activity
Note: In each cell of the E-class record, encode the percentage distribution of the grade components
according to the DepEd K–12 Grading System.
