6.1.1 FOR GGC Valves (Gate valve, Globe valve and Check valve)

a) Products with same order No. or same specification shall be packed and shipped together;

b) Place products into the case reasonably, and spare enough space for buffering material. Put

cardboards or foam plastics between the products as a cushion then fix up products by wooden

bars or plywood bars properly in order to avoid damages caused by collision during shipping. To

protect the painting of valve and operational device, foam cushion shall be lined with between the

valve and the wooden bars or plywood bars.

c) Stainless steel products cannot be packed together with carbon steels in general; If valves not too

many, stainless steel valves (or parts) and carbon steel valves can be placed into the same case.

They shall be packed by plastic bags separately. Package for stainless valves shall be in

accordance with paragraph 6.1.2. After that, they shall be packed by a large plastic bag and put

into the case. other package requirements shall be in accordance with 6.1.1 paragraph d)~e)
