AGEL generates electricity through renewable energy sources. AGEL is committed to develop and operate renewable energy
generation capacity of 25 GW by 2025 and 45 GW by 2030 with average tariff below Average Power Purchase Cost (APPC) at
the national level. AGEL is also committed to Invest USD 20 billion by 2030 in low- and middle-income countries to pursue
just and inclusive energy transitions. In line with Adani Group’s target to meet India’s Climate Change (NDC) commitments of
emission reduction, the Company has taken various initiatives such as:

sandstorm, fall of WTG, etc. are included in ERP. The annual testing plan is developed and tracked for the success of BCP and
ERP. Mock drills and Tabletop drills are conducted as per scenarios defined in Lhe ERP. Around 2000 mock drills have been
conducLed across all operaLions and mainLenance (O&M) plant locations in FY 2022-23. SAP DR drills are conducted to ensure IT
system readiness in case of emergencies. Availability and implementation of ERP are checked through the Integrated
