AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, Danilo Olavides and Dennis Romero, Filipinos, of legal ages, married, and
residents of Purok 2, Cogtong, Candijay and Purok 6 Pontod, Poblacion, Candijay Philippines,
respectively, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know, Jhowelyn M. Varron since we are close family friends;
2. That we personally know that, Prince Eduard Varron, is the only child of Jhowelyn
M. Varron;
3. That her ex partner had abandoned her and her child while she was still three (3)
months pregnant with their child;
4. That Jhowelyn M. Varron is qualified for the benefits provided under the Solo
Parents Welfare Act of 2000 as defined under Section 3(a) of the Solo Parents Welfare Act of
2000 as she is a parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to the
abandonment of her child’s father for more than sixteen (16) years now;
5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements
thereof and for whatever other legal purpose it may serve.
