My goals that I want to achieve next year are the following:

Objective 1: I want to improve my physical condition and health. I will achieve this
through a balanced approach to diet and exercise accompanied by discipline.
Objective 2: I will establish an eating plan that includes fruits, vegetables and
proteins and I will reduce the amount of fatty foods. As for exercise, I plan to do at
least 30 minutes of physical activity a day.
Objective 3: I also want to advance in my professional career to achieve this, I will
implement a continuous study strategy and look for opportunities to acquire new
skills in dentistry.
Objective 4: Achieve a greater balance between study and personal life, to achieve
this, I will take into account the time to eat well, spend time with my family and
have adequate study time for my health since there are times when due to stress
my hair falls out and there are times when I get sick with the flu from studying at
night. because I travel to university every day and arrive home late. Therefore, I will
look for solutions and establish defined schedules to achieve and balance my life
