Dear Sirs,
This letter is to inform you that your fee waiver request has been considered
alongside the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS). On this occasion the following
decisions have been made:
Name Date of Nationality Fee waiver Fee IHS
birth accepted Waiver Exemption
token code accepted
Mr Somnath 3 July India Yes BWM372 Yes
Jana 1997

You should now complete your immigration application.

When completing your immigration application, you should enter the code alongside
your name in the above table.
Code(s) are valid for 10 working days from the receipt of this letter.
If you have not used the code(s) within the time stated above, you may not be able to
have the specified fees waived on your immigration application and you may have to
pay these fees.
The fee waiver code can be entered in the payment section of the online immigration
application. The code(s) can only be used once and is only valid for the named
individuals in the above table.
If you have been accepted for a fee waiver for your immigration application, you will
not have to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) or for biometric enrolment.
You will have to pay the fee and the IHS for anyone on your immigration application
who has not been accepted for both the fee waiver and IHS exemption.
In order for the fee waiver token to work, you must ensure that all the individuals that
applied on the fee waiver application match your immigration application. This
includes the names of individuals, spelling of names, nationalities and dates of birth.
Please also check that there are no extra punctuation or spaces added (or taken
away) as this will also affect the token validation.
If you have any technical issues in completing your application (for example
problems with passwords, payments and booking appointments) please contact the
online application support line on: ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gov.uk in the
email please ensure you include your name, what you are applying for and a
description of the problem including screen shots of the error message and the
details you are entering.
You should note that whilst a fee waiver and IHS exemption have been accepted,
should your subsequent immigration application result in you being granted leave to
remain, you would reasonably be expected to use the duration of this leave to ensure
you have funding available to pay for any future immigration applications.
Mr Somnath Jana has been accepted for a fee waiver. It has been considered that
they may qualify for travel assistance to attend their appointment at the Service and
Support Centre (SSC) in Sheffield.
Should you wish to apply for travel assistance you will need to make your application
for leave through Access UK. To apply for travel assistance to an SSC location you
will be asked to contact a contact centre who will assist in your travel arrangements
and appointment booking.
Please note any future requests for a fee waiver will be assessed based on your
circumstances at the time of application.
Yours faithfully
