• Prior to commencement of work on site, each employee will undergo site safety induction and receive training and instruction covering the
safe work method plan and sign the training schedule as proof that that they have been trained.
All workers are to wear appropriate PPCE when needed: gloves, dust masks, hard hats, ear and eye protection.
All workers to wear safety boots at all time.
All work carried out is to be done with safety in mind.
The works carried out on site will at all time comply with the following Codes of Practice and Australian Standards:

1. DEALING WITH CORONAVIRUS IN THE WORKPLACE POLICY - SWMS
***The Australian government has regulations in place that must be adhered to***
If you feel any illness or flu-like symptoms, you must not attend any work site.
If you or your immediate family have travelled overseas in the past 3 weeks, you or your immediate family have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the
past 14 days, or if you feel any flu-like symptoms.
Alert site management first if you feel any signs of illness and site management and isolate immediately and follow any Australia/NSW government health protocols.
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Frame Corp is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all those in the workplace. This SWMS policy sets out steps that Frame Corp is taking in order to tackle the
coronavirus outbreak.
For the safety of yourself and others in the workplace, this policy must be followed at all times.
1.2 INFECTION CONTROL MEASURES ON SITE
We strongly encourage you to follow guidelines from world health organization and NSW/Australian Government on infection control, both whilst at work and in your
daily life. These include:
• If you feel any flu-like symptoms (i.e., Runny nose, cough, fever) do not go to your scheduled work, do not come to Frame corps office. Remain
home, isolate yourself and follow NSW health protocols on what to do next.
• Actively promote good hand hygiene in bathroom and kitchen amenities and work resources/tools. Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand rub.
• Dispose of tissues/hand paper towels immediately and correctly in the bin provided, and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer after disposing
• Avoid contact with others (shaking hands, touching faces, hugging, and other intimate contact)
• When coughing and sneezing, cover your nose and mouth flexed elbow or tissue, throwing this tissue away immediately and washi ng your
hands
• Avoid close contact with anyone who has flu-like symptoms, a fever and/or a cough
• Actively promote good respiratory hygiene in prominent places where close customer or worker contact occurs
All Frame Corp employees on sites or visiting sites will have/utilize their “coronavirus safety kit “’
• Masks, gloves, safety glasses and hand sanitizer
• All must understand they have a WHS obligation to themselves and others around them and ensure they are follow9ing good respiratory hygiene in the workplace for everyone in the workplace.
1.3 CORONAVIRUS DIAGNOSIS OR EXPOSURE
I. If you contract the virus
If you begin to display symptoms of the virus, you must follow Australian/NSW Government guidance to find out what to do next. You must seek medical attention and
notify your manager at the earliest opportunity.
In order to protect your fellow collagenous, you are required to remain absent from the workplace on personal leave and provide us with a medical certificate. You are
required to get a medical clearance from your doctor prior to returning to the workplace.
II. If you have contact with a confirmed care of the coronavirus
If you have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of the coronavirus, you are required to notify management immediately.
In order to protect your fellow colleagues, we ask you to seek medical attention and remain absent from the workplace on personal leave and provide us with a medical
certificate. You are required to get a medical clearance from your doctor prior to returning to the work[place.
III. If you have contact with a suspected case of the coronavirus
If you have been in contact with someone who has a suspected case of the coronavirus, you are required to notify management immediatel y. Even if you are not
displaying any symptoms, we may take the decision to send you home and require you not to attend work as a safety precaution.
To safely undertake the work listed in this Safe Work Method Statement, the following personnel and equipment is required:

Any changes, additions or deletions made to this SWMS are to be covered with the above personnel and the Principal Contractors representative at a Toolbox meeting
(Record date and time of Toolbox meeting below).
