Some of the challenges faced in the classes-

Classes were scheduled simultaneously before our midterm, impacting my ability to absorb
the material attentively. With classes extending until 8 PM on preceding days, fatigue
further hindered my active participation and attention.
Was there an inner challenge for higher-order life skills based on the input received from
classes?
The Science of Happiness class was not just about memorizing or zoning out while listening.
It was about putting those lessons into action in real life. Personally, I struggled with
handling failure, and the class on this topic helped me gain a new perspective.
I was fascinated by how neuroscience could be used to understand consumer behavio ur. It
is interesting how what we look at and how we look at it can reveal whether we're
interested or not.
Some of the significant takeaways included-
Finding happiness through forgiveness.
1. Money does not always bring happiness.
2. Making others happy helps us in the long run.
3. Learning how to handle failure and uncertainty is essential.
4. Figuring out consumer behaviour using neuroscience is very interesting.
Yes, I would love to attend a full-length course on this topic. The topics I would like to add-
• Long-term strategies for lasting happiness
• Staying happy in this era of technology where everything gives us the feeling of
missing out.
• Exploring further the world of neuroscience to understand what kind of activities
helps in the release of endorphins
• Ways to create a happy and positive workplace
