SUBJECT: Addressing VacAI issues

Hello team, I am very excited to write to you this letter. I am in the
person of Precious Ezekiel Adjei and I'm new to this team. I am grateful to be
given the opportunity by the Chief Technology Officer to join this great
development team of VacAI. This means a lot to me because there are several
ones out there who are equally as good as me and I'm referring to the
graduates of the AiCE course. Selecting me to be a part of this team means that
I am in a good position to factor in a positive developmental change and
upgrade to VacAI and Waga at large.
Waga and VacAI have come a long way in this artificial intelligence space
and I must commend the great work done. Nonetheless just as the earth is not
a perfect sphere, mistakes or shortcomings are inevitable when it comes to
novel inventions like VacAI. With my expertise in artificial intelligence, I would
be very instrumental in a few areas and they are
1. Paying attention to detail: Operator 1 as my friends used to call me way back
as far as Junior High School wasn’t just any name. it was given to me because
of my in-depth understanding of little things when it comes to technology.
Anytime my friends had technological problems they looked no further than to
consult ‘Operator 1’. This accolade didn’t make me full of myself but rather
pushed me to explore and learn more because what that meant was that my
friends would start recommending me to others who would have rather
challenging problems. I grew my knowledge in several aspects of technology
and noticed an upcoming technological trend which is AI. It didn’t look too
promising initially to many people around the world. I did my research and
realized AI was going to be a great deal in this evolving world. My attention to
detail will be paramount to solving this problem because I have already seen
loopholes in the VacAI technology.
The other area where I could take the lead is my wide range of
knowledge when it comes to AI. When AI was unveiled I took days and months
to do deep learning research about AI and how it works. This specialty will be
very principal in redeveloping VacAI.
The last area where I could take the lead is my Perfectionist characteristic. A
perfectionist tends to strive for flawlessness and set extremely high standards
for themselves and others. Many people think in an area of work, one of the
most important things is your knowledge in the field. Unfortunately that is not
entirely true. Research has proven that your ability to always want the best
thing to be done is as equal as your knowledge in the field and I believe this
perfectionist nature will be a key force in the reshaping of VacAI.
Teamwork is one key skill that drives big organizations forward. I
realized that there isn’t much coordination between team members in the
development team and one of my proposed work rhythms will have to be to
create a listening environment for everyone. With that, several suggestions
and ideas would be laid down flat to be assessed.
The problem statement is that VacAI is recording a sharp decline in sales
and customer satisfaction in its second week of launch.
The proposed meeting schedule will be that we will meet Mondays and
Thursdays. The other days would be personal research for proposition when
we meet on Mondays and Thursdays.
