weekend and evening for emergencies).
-Escalation the difficult issues on care Cummins site to get the perfect solution that may satisfy the

products both past and present and run problem solving projects with associated installations and
control systems.
-Investigate, diagnose and where possible rectify problems on all types of company and related
products and their associated equipment in the field and workshop.
