contracted pursuant to a RFP process. They also have 44 title service companies (TSCs) licensed through a non-competitve
process to perform vehicle registration and title transactions.

Ohio YES Ohio only offers contracts to individuals, county auditors, county clerks, non-profit organizations like Kiwanis or AAA auto
clubs. They are currently in the middle of a competitive contract selection process. They are closing their only all state
operated license agency this June.
