1. What are the factors affecting participation of people in community-based organization?

 Participation in the community sets the route for personal growth and
contribution. Direct rewards (financial, material, or otherwise), tangible
or intangible, long or short term, and so on are examples of such
considerations. Other elements that influence community engagement
include culture, history, government policy, and social, political, and
economic systems. Leadership, diversity of communication channels in
the community, communication in the community, establishing
infrastructure in the community's communication, and giving priority to
the community's social and economic groups are some of these elements.

2. What are the benefits of effective internal communication in an organization?

 Internal communication can aid in improving employee satisfaction,

safety, revenues, productivity, and turnover. Internal communication is
divided into three types: downward, upward, and horizontal. It is possible
to be more encouraged and better organized when getting downward
communication.
