To help me in completing this task, I need various skills. Therefore, as a web

master, I must have skills such as online business, IT security expertise,
communication skills and solving problem abilities. The skills as a web master
not only can I use in completing this task but can also increase my productivity.

2.3 QUALITY OF MULTIMEDIA ATTRIBUTES LIST

1. Image

Sizes of images in the web are around 200 to 2000 wide to 1500 height. My
images are formatted like JPG, PNG and JPEG. File size for images are under
5000 KB.

2. Text

The text that I use in the web are like ‘kodchasan’, ‘marmeland’, ‘avenir’ and
‘helvitica light’. The font size used is from 20-50px. The use of colors depends
on the web page.

3. Video

I use my edited videos. The size of the videos are around 25 KB to 38KB.
This video uses MP4 file format. The duration of these videos are around 1-2
minutes.

4. Audio

I used my edited audio that was recorded in a phone. The size of the audio are
around 5 KB to 7 KB. This video uses MP3 file format. The duration of these
audios are around 1-2 minutes.

5. CD

I use CD as a submission material, because the use of CD is easier and more

versatile.

4.3 MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION

a) Museum entrance
Media:

Tool: The picture was snapped using a smartphone, iPhone X

Objective: To show as a prove that I went to the museum to collect data.

b) Exhibition
Media:

Tool: These pictures were snapped using a smartphone, iPhone X.

Objective: To snap pictures of Gendang from different angles.

c) Interview Video
Media:

Tool: Video recorded by iPhone X

Objective: Video was edited in Capcut before uploading to website. Subtitles
were added since the audio might be unclear.

5.1 USER TESTING

After working prototype is done, I carried out a user testing for this website.
I did this testing with a group of students and a ICT teacher from SMK Taman
Selayang.

During this process, the group of students gave their opinions and comments
regarding the website that I developed. I considered their opinions and made
improvement to my website by modifying it.

5.2 USER DOCUMENTATION AND PACKAGING

1. First, users need to insert the DVD disc into their device. The DVD
disc has five files namely, design, docs", "media", present and "raw".

2. Users need to be careful not to delete any files found in the DVD disc
because it will affect the website.

3. The user needs to install some fonts found in the file folder. The way
to install the font has been described in 'READ ME.

4. Pictures and videos used in this multimedia project can be seen in the
Media Video file.

5. In the Present file there is my website. The user should press any html
in the Present file, then the website will open for the user.

6. Finally, the user only needs to press the "close" button when finished.
After that, eject the DVD disc from their device.
