Guide For The Development of The Practical Component and Evaluation Rubric - Phase 2 - Educational and Pedagogical Practice
• The forms for this phase of the practical component can be found in Unit 1,
Phase 2 - Practical component - Educational and Pedagogical Practice.
• Students should review the required forms for their immersion practice and
complete them as requested by their tutor.

• It is essential to conscientiously fill out the suggested forms in each phase in
order to obtain the teacher's approval.
• Format 7-6-12 (Attendance Form for Practical Site) should be physically signed
by the supervising teacher at the educational institution or the assigned virtual
strategy and submitted as PDF files when requested by the tutor.
Students are required to attend the first web conference of the course. They
should either take a snapshot of their participation or watch the recording and
provide a summary to be posted in the forum.
ESAPEC Strategy
• The students are required to attend the ESAPEC strategy mandatory; the
schedule for ESAPEC Strategy will be announced in the course news forum and
sent through the course internal mail.
• The student is required to design one standardized test tailored to the assigned
student community, which can include children, adolescents, or adults.
• This test should be applied at the beginning of the practical component with the
students.
• If the test cannot be administered using technological tools, the student should
make the necessary adjustments to ensure it can be conducted on paper.

• The student should diligently analyze the obtained results and provide
constructive feedback to their peers in a meaningful and effective manner.
3. Lesson plan.
Prepare a comprehensive lesson plan that includes all the content, tools, and
activities to be utilized in one of the classes to be conducted by the student
during Phase 2 of the practical component.

1. F-7-6-20 Work Plan (Please include only the dates of the activities, the work
plan must be delivered fully completed within 48 hours of the course.
2. F-7-6-12 Practicum Site Attendance Form. This form should be submitted with
the practice hours completed during the phase 2 and must be physically signed
by the supervising teacher at the institution or the virtual strategy UNAD
teacher assigned to the student.
Take into account each of the guidelines given for completing the forms.
Spoofing of signatures and plagiarism lead to disciplinary action and may result
in the loss of the course.
For Phase 2, the student must complete a total of 12 hours divided as follows:

• Application diagnostic test to
students at the Institutions.
• Teacher support at the institution

• Designing diagnostic test 2 Hours
• ESAPEC Strategy Participation 2 Hours
TOTAL 12 Hours
• Familiarize yourself with the Course Contents and Bibliographic References for
Unit 1.
• Access the discussion forum for the phase and acquaint yourself with your
collaborative group.
• Actively participate in the forum to receive feedback from your fellow e-mates
and tutor.
For the final submission, please send a Zip file labeled as follows: “Phase 2_test
designed_Name of the student”
Evidences of individual work:
The individual evidence to be submitted is:

▪ PDF with the diagnosis test designed (include the link of the test and paper
version). Include the analysis of the results either qualitatively or
quantitatively. Name it: “Phase 2_test designed_Name of the student”
