Rules and Regulations

We are delighted that you have chosen our hotel. On behalf of the entire team of the Pillo
Hotel, I extend a very warm welcome to you and trust that your stay with us will be
pleasant and comfortable. Dear LPK Metland College Candidates, The management and
staff are pleased to be your hosts.
1. OBLIGATIONS
1. Ensure that the accommodation fee is paid in full to the Pillo Hotel.
2. Adhere to the regulations established by LPK Metland College and the management of
Pillo Hotel.
3. Attend pickets regularly as scheduled by the Pillo Hotel Management.
4. Take responsibility for the inventory items provided by the Pillo Hotel.
5. Actively participate in all the events organized by the Pillo Hotel.
6. Uphold a positive reputation for the Pillo Hotel.
7. Maintain ethical behavior at all times.
8. Ensure that vehicles are parked in an orderly and neat manner as determined by the
Pillo Hotel Management.
9. Keep the Pillo Hotel premises clean and tidy.

2. FIELD
1. Stealing or taking things that do not belong to him.
2. Carrying sharp weapons and firearms, narcotics, liquor and the like.
3. Smoking in rooms and around areas *(Pillo Hotel).
4. Entering female/male guests into the room without the management's permission.
5. Carrying and distributing pornographic videos, images, recordings and prohibited
sites.
6. Viewing, browsing, downloading videos, images, pornographic recordings and
prohibited sites on the Smart TV in the room *(Pillo Hotel).
7. Entering guests outside reception hours without permission from the management *
(Pillo Hotel)
8. Changing rooms without permission from the management *(Pillo Hotel).
9. Bring a heater, rice cooker, dispenser, TV tuner and electric stove.
10. Eat in the Lobby *(Pillo Hotel).
11. Wearing shorts in the Lobby *(Pillo Hotel).
12. Making noise throughout the area *(Pillo Hotel).
13. Sounding or turning on the radio, tape, winamp and/or the like loudly and disturbing
other residents.
14. Fighting, causing trouble and other things that can disturb the comfort of other
residents/guests.

3. OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS *(Pillo Hotel)

1. The opening hours of Pillo Hotel commence at 06.00 WIB, while the closing hours are
at 21.30 WIB.

4. GUESTS (VISITOR RECEPTION)

1. The reception hours for visitors are from 07.00 – 20.00 WIB.
2. Visitors are required to fill out the guest book at Pillo Hotel and provide their identity
card to the Front Office staff.
3. It is mandatory for visitors to follow the rules and exhibit courteous behavior while on
the premises.
4. Visitors must report to the Front Office staff before entering or leaving Pillo Hotel.
5. If visitors intend to stay overnight, they must comply with the following conditions:
 Request permission from Pillo Hotel management.
The maximum length of stay is 2 days and 1 night.
6. Visitors must refrain from making any noise.
7. Visitors who do not carry any identification must take full responsibility and leave their
KTP as collateral for their guests.

5. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN PERMIT

If you intend to go home, kindly take note of the following conditions:

Seek approval from the management prior to your departure.

Complete the return permit register, which has been provided.
Ensure that there are no scheduled activities at LPK Metland College and *(Pillo Hotel).

6. PENALTY
1. The sanctions that may be imposed include light, medium, and heavy options.
Light sanctions come in the form of a warning,
While medium sanctions involve fines,
For more severe breaches, heavy sanctions may be imposed, including expulsion
from *(Pillo Hotel).

7. SANCTION DETERMINATION
1. The leadership determines light to moderate sanctions, either independently or based
on feedback from officers.
2. The leadership determines severe sanctions, either independently or based on
feedback from officers.

8. OTHER
1. Any regulations not explicitly outlined in the preceding articles will be established in
separate provisions.
2. This rule is effective immediately and will remain in place until new regulations are
instituted.
3. To ensure compliance with LPK Metland College and *(Pillo Hotel) policies, school
officials and supervisors possess the power to conduct unannounced inspections and
confiscate items that contravene established policies.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable
atmosphere for all guests at Pillo Hotel.
