HOW TO BE ECOFRIENDLY AND HEALTHY

Having good personal hygiene habits are very important because they help us stay clean and healthy but
an ecofriendly lifestyle is also essential because it is a way to live a better life and leave a positive impact
on our planet.
I normally get up at 6 0’clock. I like to take a quick shower every morning, then I
brush my teeth using a biodegradable toothpaste. After getting dressed, I have cereal,
orange juice and a sandwich avocado for breakfast. During the day, I like drinking 8
glasses of water and I never forget to do exercises for 10 minutes at least. I always try
to keep healthy habits, but I sometimes eat fried food when I go out with friends. I
think I need to change it.
Now, let me tell you about my ecofriendly actions. In the afternoon, after school, I go to
my garden to pick up the garbage. I like sorting the garbage to reuse them in crafts and
fertilizer, then I grow and water my plants with the water that I get to recycle. Besides
that, I always recommend my friends to save water and avoid leaving the lights on at
home.
Saving the planet starts at home and being healthy is our responsibility. We can start now!
