The undersigned criminology students are currently conducting a thesis entitled


“EFFECTIVENESS OF POLICE COMMUNITY RELATIONS AND PUBLIC TRUST AND
CONFIDENCE IN POLICING” for the degree Bachelor of Science in Criminology at Naga
College Foundation, Inc., Naga City, in the academic year 2023-2024.

In this connection, the researchers constructed a questionnaire to gather information for


this investigation. Your participation in the study by way of answering the questionnaire is very
important. Without it, the study will not be completed as it should be. Kindly fill up the
questionnaire honestly and sincerely.

with the utmost confidentiality. In connection with the collection of personal information, you
