Sufficient space should be available.
 Using of non-certified tools for lifting and erection of
structure.
 Avoid erection during night hours. Check the
illumination level. Provide additional lights.
 Use cut resistance hand gloves. Do haste to align the
job.
 Use alignment rod to match the holes.
 Preparation of lifting plan.(for heavy lift). Take
precaution as sub activity 3.
 Remove the Unwanted Materials from workplace
Barricade the area properly
 Ensure that workplace is dry & non slippery, free from
spillage / leakage / obstacle
 Ensure environmental condition is good - no rainfall
or direct expose of gas or steam vent.
Additional Precaution to be taken:
