Writing Task: Cons of going to Mars

Mars is one of the eight major planets that form the solar system together with the sun.
What is Mars really like? Is it cold or hot, wet, or dry? Honestly, I do not see why we should
be trying to get to Mars when we could evolve to other planets that have the same
geographic features as our planet. In my perspective, going to Mars will be a challenge
because humans do not have enough advanced technology. It takes a great deal of effort to
overcome the strong gravitational attraction of the earth. Furthermore, I think we should
not go to Mars because the risk of people going to Mars is extremely high because of the
lack of light and oxygen, space radiation, and galactic cosmic rays. On the other hand, going
to Mars would be very expensive. Going to Mars requires a big risk which may lead to waste
money. To conclude, Mars should not be explored by humans because of the danger it
brings to human life. It should be explored by robotic machines that can run more
effectively at gathering information.
