STEPS TO ADMISSION SCREENING FOR DEPARTMENTAL AND

FACULTY SCREENING

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED!
1. Educational certificates/statements of result
2. Faculty/NAPPS dues receipts and teller
3. School fees receipt/ Attendance fees and teller
4. Jamb admission letter
5. Unical admission letter
6. Certificate of origin
7. Birth certificate/ Declaration of age
8. 2 reference letters
9. Scratch card for verification of results (Take 4k with you for faculty scratch card)
10. 6 passport photographs
11. 1 Big brown envelops
12. Four uncial Jack files

STEPS:
1. Photocopy from 1 – 8 into four places after verification of receipts at OLD FACULTY OF LAW.
2. Put each of the documents differently into each of the files with your passport clipped to the top
of the envelop.
3. Proceed to Mrs. Doris office in the departmental building by the door tagged; Assi Pee; that’s
where her office is.
4. After she has cleared you, note that you won’t be able to do your faculty screening without
payment of school fees, hence, if you haven’t paid your fees proceed to do so, or your request
from Mrs. Doris on where to get your departmental bio data form.
5. Fill up the bio data form and go ahead to get two of the files that Mrs. Doris has cleared you with
and proceed to the faculty for final clearance.
6. Go to the general office at the faculty level and request for your bio data form and you’ll be guided
to proceed from there.
7. Departmental dues and NASSON dues equals – N3,500 to be paid to Mrs. Doris handy.

AMOUNT: N3,500
At faculty, proceed to the finance office and copy the NAPPS account number and proceed to Eco Bank
to continue with your payment before submission to get your fee clearance card.

REGISTRATION OF COURSES.
NOTE THAT: There are two registration of courses that you are being required to do, which include:
1. Online registration
2. Offline registration

Online registration is being done after you’ve opened an online portal for yourself after payment of your
acceptance fee. (Refer to the course rep on further information about this).

Offline course registration is strictly handled by the course rep as regarding departments like – Physics
and CSC.

NOTE: The class-rep is not responsible for any casualty on your offline registration on the courses
you decide to proceed with the registration yourself. Hence, you will have to bear everything you see
solely by yourself.
