REQUEST FOR REPAIR

The goods return request must be sent exclusively through the RMA form. The customer can ask for the
form and send it back after filling at goodsreturn@antaresvision.com.

PROCEDURE FOR THE SENDING OF MATERIALS

Only upon the release of the authorization on part of Antares Vision, the customer must:
• Paste the RMA number in full view on the package;
• Include the RMA document in the shipping;
• The reason for transport on shipping note must include the RMA number;

MATERIAL ACCEPTANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The form must be filled in all the parts (except where otherwise noted);
• The Authorization shell be issued only if the Defect Description is comprehensive (descriptions such
as “Out of Order” and “It does not work” will not be accepted);
• Antares Vision accepts just materials with return authorization;

FEES
The customer will receive the repair offer by Antares Vision including quotation and timing of realization.
But in case the material
• Is under warranty, but there is no evidence of any breakdowns
• Is not under warranty and the customer does not confirm the offer by Antares Vision referred to
repair
a fee of 200 € is in charge to customer for administrative activities.
Attention: The guarantee is invalid in case of improper use of the material.
