Characteristic
of Venus
Venus is one of the four terrestrial planets in the solar
system. In terms of mass and size, it closely
resembles Earth and is sometimes referred to as the
"sister planet" or "twin planet" to Earth.[17] The
diameter of Venus is 12,092 km (just less than 650 km
of the Earth) and its mass is 81.5% of the Earth's
mass.

The orbit and position of Venus are
equidistant from each other about 10
Earth days between 0 and 250 days.

culture of venus
According to the IAU's planetary naming system, Venus is the
only planet in the Solar System named after a female figure.
The three dwarf planets;– Ceres, Eris and Haumea – along
with the first discovered asteroids and some moons (such as
the Galilean moons) also bear feminine/feminine names. The
Earth and Moon also have female names in many languages—
Gaia/Terra, Selene/Luna—but the names of mythological
female deities refer to a celestial body, not a family name.
that celestial body.
