1. Aug 2016 – April 2017

- worked at aakashvani for a period of 9 months. Learned about the nuances of

content writing and blogging. The website dealt with online astrology and related services. I
used to write blogs and product descriptions for the website.
 2. May 2017 – June 2019

- Worked for Accenture on third party payroll of Alchemy International. Deputed at

Google office, signature towers - 2, Gurgaon, Haryana. I used to write ads for the various clients

of Google and corresponded with them through emails and chats. Learned about various
products like ETA, RDA and RSA, and digital marketing. Familiar with AdWords and Salesforce

interface.

3. November 2019 – Present

-Working for Genpact as an Instructional Designer and Documentation Writer. I have

catered to various projects, namely TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company), BCG, Unilever, Global
Foundries, and more. Adept in creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), job-aids,
storyboards, and other documents from scratch.

- Worked as a freelance content writer for Orangemantra and other clients. Wrote
various technical articles related to mobile app and website development. Also wrote the

content for various in-house websites.
