Terms of Payment:
50% Down payment upon signing the contract.

20% After concrete work.

25% Before supplying tiles .

5% After testing and commissioning.

Note:
 Client is responsible for the excavation, backfilling & leveling.
 Client will provide complete structural drawings.

General conditions:

1) This offer is valid for 1 week starting from the date issued to the client. The grand total
cost shown is not fixed and might vary depending to the market value of materials to
be used in the project.
2) All payments made are non refundable.
3) Client will supply and discharge water for curing, testing and commissioning the
swimming pool.
4) If contract was cancelled by the client, all payments for executed works must be
settled, and a 10% cancellation fee of the contract will be charged to the client.
5) In case a leakage from the pool structure, pool piping network, pool pump room or
any works executed by Bouhayrat, then Bouhayrat is responsible only for the repair of
works executed by Bouhayrat and under warranty as per this contract.
6) After tiling works, the client should fill the swimming pool with water maximum two (2)
weeks’ time to avoid serious damages to its tiles and structure caused by extreme
heat (weather condition). If damage found by disregarding this statement,
Bouhayrat is not responsible for replacing the damaged tiles and then warranty is not
valid
7) The client must provide backwash line, main water supply ¾”, electricity on site as
well as 220V / 10mm / 3-phase electrical connection with circuit breaker in the
filtration room.
8) Bouhayrat reserves the right to review the contract value (minimum charges of 10%) if
the period of construction exceeds one year from the date of signing the contract.

Notes on Payment:

a. All payments must be settled within Seven (3) days from the submission of invoice to
the client and/or consultant.
b. Bouhayrat has the right to stop all works, withdraw its tools, equipments and
installations on site, in case of non-payment of invoice/s.

Warranty:

1. All materials supplied and installed by Bouhayrat are under warrantee for 365 days
against any material defect or faulty design as well as poor workmanship of the
manufacturer during the warranty period from purchasing date.
2. Notification on completion of works to that effect if no reply received within seven
days, it will be considered complete hand-over of completed works in perfect
condition and no claim/complaint will be entertained.
3. Any justifiable repairs or rectification within the warranty period are covered under
the specific terms and conditions in the warrant clause. Any damage caused to
equipment through mishandling and misuse by any unqualified technician will
constitute a breach of this warranty.
4. If damage of piping network is caused by earth settlement, then warranty is not valid.
5. Any damage to the equipment due to flooding is not covered under the warranty
irrespective of the reason that caused the flooding.
6. Swimming pool warranty 10 years against leakage and 3 years for tiles.
