To secure payment of the value of the ordered goods at the contractually agreed maturity date you require
an irrevocable and unconditional bank-guarantee for maximum ___ MILLION (___) EUROS.

Payment condition: According to conditions of the contract number ___ of __, 2024.

In consideration of the above and by order of the buyer we herewith assume this guarantee and undertake
irrevocably and unconditionally to pay to you without examination of the legal argument any amount up

Upon receipt of your first written and duly signed request for payment, stating that you have delivered the
goods as contractually agreed and that you have not received payment for the amount claimed under this
guarantee at the contractually agreed maturity date.

Such payments will be made by us in case the buyer being unable to prove to us by means of the relevant
bank settlement note that he has already paid to you the invoice value of the above goods.

Any payments made by us under this guarantee or by the buyer in fulfilment of this payment obligation
automatically reduce the guaranteed sum upon presentation with us of the above evidence.

Your demand has to be accompanied by Photostat copies of your unpaid invoice as well as of the relevant
transport document(s) evidencing delivery of the above-mentioned goods.

This guarantee is valid three hundred sixty-five (365) days calendar days from the date of issue (validity /
expiry date) after which date it will automatically become null and void, even without return of this
document.

Claims under this guarantee have to reach us by registered letter or authenticated S.W.I.F.T.-message on or
before its expiry date.

For the purpose of identification your request for payment hereunder has to be presented to us through the
intermediary of a first rate bank confirming that the signatures thereon are legally binding for your firm.

Any charges arising in connection with this guarantee in your country are to be borne by you account.

This guarantee shall be governed by and be construed in accordance with the Laws of ________.

This guarantee is governed by uniform Customs and practices as set forth by the International Chamber of
Commerce, Paris, France, publication 458 and Latest revision.
