3. Abstraction
Propaganda refers to any technique that attempts to influence the opinions, emotions,
attitudes, or behaviour of a group in order to benefit the sponsor. It is a publicity to
promote something. It is an information put out by an organization or government to
promote a policy, idea, or a cause.

Five different types of propaganda techniques:


1. Bandwagon
2. Card Stacking Propaganda
3. Plain Folk Propaganda
4. Testimonial propaganda
5. Glittering Generalities Propaganda
