I am writing to express my full support for Ray Adrian S. Landuay, who are currently
under my supervision as an aspiring researcher in the Strand of Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Mathematics. It is with great enthusiasm that I endorse their application
for a Wildlife Gratuitous Permit from DENR Region 10.

The students need this permit to conduct their Environmentally Assessing of Plant
Richness Study in the River Site at Puntod-Kauswagan Bridge, Cagayan de Oro City.
This study holds significant importance in understanding the ecological dynamics of the
area and will contribute valuable insights to local conservation efforts.

I believe that granting them the opportunity to acquire a Wildlife Gratuitous Permit will
not only enrich their research experiences but also enable them to make meaningful
contributions to the conservation initiatives of DENR Region 10. Their participation will
