Nowadays, there are many people who often procrastinate work and use many excuses to avoid

deadlines. Even though we know it's not good, we still procrastinate. Procrastination is an action that
protects our bodies, by avoiding things we perceive as dangerous. Most people procrastinate because
they find it stressful or difficult. The longer we delay, the more difficult it becomes. However, people
often think that procrastinators are lazy, and this idea is wrong. lazy are people who have no energy and
do nothing. Procrastinators are people who are busy with unimportant things, they are just too
concerned. Besides, procrastinators are often afraid of failure. They delay work because they fear the
results will not be as expected. Furthermore, these people may suffer from anxiety, depression, shame,
and stress. So how to stop procrastinating? In the past, everyone thought it was necessary to manage
time effectively. but today, many researchers have discovered another way. Being too strict with
ourselves will cause us to have constant emotions, causing us to procrastinate more. Therefore, we must
process and reduce negative emotions. We can divide tasks into smaller parts to make them easier, or
write down the causes of stress in our diary and solve them.
