Minute Burger uses different means of promotion to help increase the brand

awareness and its position in the market. Minute burger is using discounts as “epic deals”

together with Foodpanda Company that helps the company in terms of shipping the

goods. They also have discounted goods in GrabFood application that can help minute
burger to expand its customer base. These promotions through food couriers are

excellent strategy since it really became convenient for customers to buy their goods and

cost-effective way in terms of promotion.

In addition to the promotional strategy of minute burger that attracts target

customers in high percentage is the social media advertising. Minute burger has different

social media page including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. In minute burger

This presents the recommendations and the future improvements that should be

recommendations are shown below.

1. Since one of Filipino’s classic all-time favorites is hamburger, we cannot deny

the fact that partnering it with a fries or nuggets will result to a best combo

meal, therefore adding an appetizer to the menu could help in increasing sales.

2. The Minute Burger can offer a Reward Card for customers who would like to

purchase again and can receive a keychain, tumblers, or shirts depends on the

number of times they buy.


3. Due to smaller food places, the number of customer minute burger is receiving

might have been decreasing due to no vacancy of the establishment, the

reason why expanding the spaces of the store could help attract more

customers.

4. Customers love to interact on a personable level; therefore, it is great to use a

food or staff to tell a story on social media to make the store relatable and can

connect more with the audience.

5. One of the best ways to attract already existing and new customers is by

offering offers on social occasions. It can be during the time of Halloween,

Christmas, New Year, or any festive season where the store can offer

complimentary foods like candies, donuts, and others just to satiate the sweet

tooth of the customers.
