Morning

Cleaning and Disinfecting the Once I arrived at the laboratory i helped cleaned the
Laboratory before Use lab and finished some chores since i was late because
i had to attend a meeting at my sister’s school.

After cleaning the lab we had an emergency, a patient

Helping out in the Triage had to be sent to the hospital so some pf the staffs
went with the patient to the hospital and left us in
charge of the facility. I helped out in the triage by
getting the vital signs of patients for check ups.

Handing out Laboratory Results I was stationed at the front desk of the lab to released
to Patients lab results to the patients whose samples were
examined yesterday by Ma’am Gorgean.
Afternoon

Filing and Preparing the

Immersion Documents to be After lunch we immediately prepared our immersion
reviewed and signed by documents for signing and viewing.
Immersion Facility Supervisor

Assisting Walk in Patients for Getting the blood pressure measure of walk in
BPM patients for monitoring.

Cleaning the Laboratory after
