Fire Safety (OSHM 2114) Group ASSIGNMENT

1. Conduct a Fire Risk Assessment on the industry given to you.


2. Your fire risk assessment should cover all the five steps as provided below:
Step 1 – Identify the Hazards.
Step 2 – Identify People at Risk.
Step 3 – Evaluate, Remove, Reduce and Protect from Risk.
Step 4 – Record, Plan, Inform, Instruct and Train.
Step 5 – Review.
3. You should state why each of these steps is important how they function and give
examples by applying it in your respective industry. (Total Marks 100)

Font: Times New Roman Size 12, Bold for subtitles. Titles in bold and 1 to 2
fonts larger, text justified.
