Organization Charts
For the latest organizational charts broken down by department, go to the Netsync intranet. Navigate to
Support  Human Resources  Organization Charts.

Netsync’s intranet homepage lists frequently used links to company forms and systems. See the right-
hand side of the page.

CRM System
Netsync uses the Microsoft Dynamics tool for CRM. To access CRM, go to the Netsync intranet. Navigate
to Company Links  Netsync CRM 2016. Login using your Netsync credentials. Please note that the
CRM tools runs best using the Internet Explorer or Edge browser. For CRM support, contact the Netsync
Service Desk at #Service Desk.

Accounting/Finance
Sherry Chen, Director of Finance, runs all aspects of the Accounting/Finance Department.

Corporate Editing
Angela Melone, Corporate Editor, manages the Editing Team. For editing requests, email #Technical
