    Dear Sir,

    Greetings in the name of Reconciliation!

    One of the programs of the Kapisanan ng mga Kinatawang Lingkod-Aralan (KKLA) is the Club
    Seminar conducted to orient the appointed individuals on their roles and responsibilities in each
    club they belong to. For those individuals to apply their learnings in the seminars provided,
    conducting a competition for the creation of project proposals is a great way to train those
    students and help them create innovative projects to make the Salettinian Community better.

    In line with this, we, the Kapisanan ng mga Kinatawang Lingkod-Aralan, the highest student
    governing body of the University, respectfully submit our request to utilize the Emis on
    February 3, 2024, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM to conduct the Project Pitching Seminar for
    the selected club officers of the Junior High School and Senior High School.

    Moreover, we wish to assure you that we are fully committed to maintaining the cleanliness and
    orderliness of the place we are requesting and respecting and valuing the time you will be giving
    us. It is our utmost priority to ensure that the presence of the KKLA within the vicinity will not
    in any way disrupt the workflow of any offices situated nearby.

    We appreciate you reading and giving our request some thought. We are looking forward to your
    favorable response.
