married, Filipino and residing at Barnagay Del Monte, Municpality of Talacogon, Agusan del Sur,

1. That We are filing this complaint/petition/protest against DEGIE P. RAMA .all of legal age, married,
Filipino and with last known address in Del Monte, Talacogon, AGUSAN DEL SUR and herein referred to
herein as Respondents.

jurisdiction.

3.1. That We, petitioners, herein, are the actual tillers and occupants of Lot 1241 with Approved
Subdivision Survey No. PCS-13-000200(AR) covered by CCLOA D-1998 consisting only of 4.8703 HAS.,
more or less, located at Del Monte, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur in the following manner;

3.2. That We, the complainants herein are willing and equipped with the aptitude to cultivate and make Lot
Lot 1241 with Approved Subdivision Survey No. PCS-13-000200(AR) covered by CCLOA D-1998
productive. When In truth and in fact, We have developed our respective area into rice and coconut
plantation after We occupied said lot;
