In many countries, a small number of people earn extremely high salaries. Some peo-
ple believe that this is good for the country, but others think that governments should
not allow salaries above a certain level. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Opinions differ on whether people should earn extremely high wage or people should have the freedom
to earn as much as they can. Personally, I am in agreement that the latter view, even though the other
one also shows some positive aspects. The option to have a maximum wage is attractive for some
reasons. It could help reduce the pay gap between the highest and the lowest earners. The decrease
in economic inequality brings many benefits for both company and society. Companies might cut
the amount of money to pay for executive companies. Instead of that, companies could spend that
money to invest in other viral aspects, such as marketing, which help increase sales figures for com-
panies. Beside that, some countries have lower salaries often have lesser poverty and crime rates than
others, which increase economic inequality. However, I also believe that setting a limit on earnings
cause many damages for companies and economy. The most skilled employees, who make significant
contribution to their companies, to leave and work in a foreign country. Their brain drain also causes
many disadvantages for companies and economy. For example, a skilled executive absent might cause
a loss of thousands of dollars of that company and it would have many time to employ other executive.
Another thing is that when skilled workers are willing to work in a foreign, the country may difficult
to become an economically prosperous. In conclusion, while people earn extremely high wage shows
positive aspects, it seems to me that workers should earn salaries as much as they can.
