SEQUENCE OF TASK POTENTIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES

 R.C.C and P.C.C work  Dermatitis disease
 Personal injury
 Body or eye injury
 Loss of eye
 Slip/Trip hazard
 Sprain and strain on body parts.
 Noise
 Trapping of legs inside
reinforcement mats.
 Concerete burn
 TBT conducted before starting the work.
 Ensure work under supervision.
 Ensure all equipment in good condition and inspected by
competent person.
 Wear mandatory PEEs like rubber gloves, gum boot, safety
goggles, goggles etc.
 Wash the effected body parts with water immediately after
concerete burn.
 Engage only trained worker for concreting work.
 Use hearing protection when noise level exceeds more than 85db.
