 Conduct tool box talk before start the work.
 Make sure all protruded nail remove before wooden material lying at
the ground.
 Cover re-bar to avoid tripping where access is necessary. Wire mesh
will be installed on top of rebar mats to minimize slip, trip and fall
hazards.
 Remove all unwanted material and secure properly to keep access and
egress free from obstruction.
 Wear appropriate PPEs before starting the work.
 Tool must be inspected before used.
 Competent person must be deploy
 Ensure area are clear and materials properly stack within the
working area.
 All rebar’s that is protruding must be capped and kept
secured
 Workers will be oriented about the proper posture and
positioning during the execution of the job.
 Vehicle fitness certificate to be checked.
 Vehicle internal inspection is conducted.
 Accessories required with the vehicle should be checked (ex.
Wheel stoppers).
 Access is free from obstruction.
 Signal man is in continuous contact with the TM driver.
 Mandatory PPE's is provided (Safety shoes, helmet, goggle and
jacket etc.)
 Ensure that 10 feet clearance around TM.
 Pre start work tool box talk discuss and understand the hazard on the
area.

 Ensure cable should be proper routed at working area and free from
