Subject: insights into Apple’s Corporate Culture
Dear Huyen,
I hope this email finds you well! I wanted to share some insights into the corporate culture of
Vietnam Airlines, where you’re considering applying for a job.
Vietnam Airlines’s logo is a golden lotus. The lotus represents enlightenment and perfection; both
everyday and noble and sacred; both graceful and soft, but no less sturdy and poised. Slogan
“ Reach further” embodies the desire to achieve success for passengers and VNA itself on every
flight.
About dress code, women wear ao dai and men wear white shirts, vests, trousers, suits, and ties.
In terms of its mission, this company aims to provide aviation services with international quality
standards to meet the increasing needs of customers. Its vision is to maintain its position as the
best airline of Vietnam and become 3rd best airline in Southeast Asia region and one of the best
airline in the world.
Regarding the core values, Vietnam Airlines emphasises consensus- stringency, safety- standard,
and quality- efficiency. Its key success elements include destination, environment, convenience,
and reputation.
Last but not least, considering special policies, there are two policies: quality policy and training
policy. Committing to provide customers with the best services and enhancing the quality of
service products towards meeting requirements in quality policy. Besides, all employees have
opportunities to join the professional training programs concerning job requirements and fully
funded in training policy.
I hope this gives you a glimpse of what to expect! Let me know if you need more details.
Best wishes,
Quynh Vu
