Embracing God's Grace in Times of Trial

Introduction
In this sermon, we will explore the theme of God's grace in times of trial, drawing
inspiration from the Apostle Paul's experiences and teachings. Trials and challenges are an
inevitable part of life, but through faith, we can find strength and comfort in God's
unwavering grace.

Scriptural Context
Our primary text comes from 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, where Paul discusses his 'thorn in the
flesh' and the profound lesson he learned about God's grace:

'But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in
weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's
power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in
hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.'
